Lisa was such a wonderful help! Like most guys, I came into the store knowing nothing about, but knowing that I needed the perfect ring to "pop the question"! Lisa took her time explaining to me all the options within my budget, and also a great tutorial on different stones and setting/styles. I was very well pleased with her professionalism, and her willingness to go above and beyond, what was in her control of course, to ensure the ring would arrive on time. I'll be coming back to her again for sure!

Worked completely virtually over the phone and on the website from start to finish. They were able to recommend a great diamond for a great price based on my needs and price range. Especially loved working with Kat “Eagle Eyes” Dane who listened to what I needed, found an excellent stone for my needs and price, and was always available for any questions I had. Had a very personal feel to the entire process and was an excellent experience overall, I can’t recommend enough.

Start to finish- What a great experience! I had the opportunity to work with Jonathan. He was very honest and responsive. Never once did I feel pressure to buy. In fact, it was quite the opposite. The folks at Solomon Brothers were very patient with me as I did research on Diamonds. Not only was the customer service exceptional, but the value was unprecedented. I recently worked with Merrick at Solomon Brothers in Buckhead and had an amazing experience. Merrick was incredibly professional and helped me find the perfect diamond for my wife. She has tremendous knowledge of the product and I really felt comfortable leaning on her expertise to make a decision. She was kind and patient with me as my typical indecisive nature slowed us down. But, I felt comfortable taking my time because having Merrick as a resource removed most of the stress in the process and she helped actually make the buying process fun!
