When sending us photos of damages, please include a clear photo of the damage and one further away to capture the surrounding undamaged area. This will expedite our online estimating. If you want to upload more than three photos, please email them to estimate@usatouchup.com. Our free online estimate process is simply intended to determine an approximate price for proposed repairs.

Just picked up my car that was done with my insurance as a claim my car was ready on time which was great because I save money on rental fees the moment it's ready. I would recommend this business and I always have to friends and family. They are warm and welcoming and have also worked on many of my past cars :)

My car was badly damaged after an accident at the fault of another driver. All of the headlights and taillights had gone out and there was significant damage to the engine and inner electronics. I was so stressed about getting my car fixed quickly so I could make it to work, and even with supply chain issues they always let me know ahead of time when to expect my car. The people are friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable in their service. UPDATE:
I gave them a call about a month ago and they had a meeting to help rectify this issue for future customers. They also buffed my car for free on top of it. For all it's worth, I'm glad they followed up and took action on this as it was very concerning.
No surprises when I got my car back, my gas was untouched instead of dropping a notch staying idle at the shop for 2-3 days. For all it's worth, they definitely stand behind their work, if there are any imperfections, they will redo it at no charge.
If there's anything I would like a little improvement on, is that

I never do reviews but for this place, they did so well that I just had to. USA touch up is a must when fixing up your car paint. As soon as you walk in, you are welcomed. The shop itself is very clean and organized. The receptionist and staff there are welcoming, attentive, and professional. As soon as you tell them what your needs are, they go out to examine your car and will break down each step as well as the cost. Unlike most auto shops I've visited, this place has very honorable pricing and exceptionally good results in a timely manner as well! I have gone here twice to fix my Hyundai

I had a large paint rip on my car's front bumper. I dropped the car off Saturday morning and they provided me with a complementary uber home which was great! I picked it up at 4pm. Later in the week I noticed a mistake in the clear coat. I gave them a call and they apologized and told me to bring it back in and they would fix it right away. I brought it in the next Saturday and they re did the paint, and now it looks amazing!
They also provide a 1 year limited warranty which is very comforting especially on an expensive purchase like car paint.
I give 5 stars for having extremely fair prices

I had an incident where my car's front bumper, grille and LED lighting were damaged. Truc gave me an honest assessment and recommended fixing the dent on the bumper and replaced the broken light & grille with reasonable pricing. They did a great job with a 2-day-turnaround time. Previous scratches on the car were also nicely touched up and my car looks even better than before the incident! I would recommend to anyone looking for an honest, reasonable auto body shop for high quality repair work.

USA Touch Up was very professional and helpful through out the time I dropped off my car to repair. My car is a Lexus RL 450HL that I just bough and was rear-ended in July. USA Touch Up walked me through the claim process , continued update the progress of the repair until the time I picked up my vehicle. After I picked up my car the first time and found out there is a small chip on my lift gate. I brought it back and USA Touch Up helped me to to fix it the second time. This is my second time using this shop. Each time I have been wowed by excellence! The first time was about a year ago after some wack job did a horrible job on my wife's car. These guys stripped of the poor job and restored her to factory like condition for a far price.
Three days ago, I took my brand new Jaguar in after my son scrapped it. Thought that I was going to be pulled over the barrel for it. Nam and Quan fixed it within about 45 minutes. It is perfect. I had a fantastic experience with USA Touch Up! I messed up my right fender and bumper really badly and was worried it would be completely unfixable and I'd have to buy full new parts. The agents at USA Touch Up were quick to look at my car and give me the details on pricing and what it would take in terms of being able to repair the parts.
I brought in my car later that week and they did an absolutely amazing job fixing everything perfectly! I can't tell at all that there was any damage and they did tremendous job with the paint matching. I'm very happy with the quality of work

This is one of the worst places to get your car fix. They are very money driven and do not care about the satisfaction of their customers. I came to get my car bumper estimated, and the guy took one look and he automatically gave me the price $500. How do you know the estimate of the car without taking internal evaluations of the car?

So i was in a hit and run 2 weeks before having to leave to drive to NY. Spent a week jumping through red tape with my insurance company. I dropped my car off with 1 week left and told them the urgency. I just arrived to pick up my car and you can't even tell there was damage. They were extremely friendly and accommodating through the entire process even when i was being a nervous wreck and the stress was making me to be short.

They did a great job on my car. I was hit last week on the left bumper. The person that hit my car told me to come here so I did. She told me to ask for a guy she knew and I did. He was busy so someone else helped me. I specifically told him about the damage on the left side he immediately quoted me $500. I had additional damage in the middle and I asked how much would it be additionally to get that fixed and he said it would be included in the quote of $500 so I left my car there to get fixed. The person that was suppose to pay for the damage wasn't too happy so she called the shop. This

Excellent job. People are friendly and professional. Repaired the damage on my car and matched my paint perfectly.
I needed the job done in one day and they came through. Also noticed a dent on the trunk that I thought was caused by their repair work, but apparently they had seen it before starting the repairs. They offered to fix it at no charge. Very happy with their service and going the extra mile!

It is ironic that I always think this shop is decent. 3 years ago I had a bumper paint work done there, and I was super satisfied with the work and service. Last week my car had a collision and I brought it to another body shop, and the estimator pointed out that painted area has obvious color mismatch - my car is pearl white, USA Touch Up did plain white. For 3 years I did not tell the difference because that area was small, but still the work done was cheap.
