Visited for 1st time on 12-08-21 to get an initial quote for my Tesla Model X repairs(due to rear-end hit & run) while the vehicle was parked & left alone), and Emily was very kind & helpful. Looking for having my "Beautiful" (the vehicle) if they leave it again the same... "Beautiful" sometime soon. I'll update on this review on how all repairs went. (Please note, according to them, there's a back log for Tesla parts; actually for any vehicle brands); and the repairs are estimated to happen until the end of January or beginning of February) 😞 Let's see how all will end up. 😉

This is a Tesla certified body shop with Tesla certified technicians. Used original parts and original paint correctly fixed my Tesla model 3 to original brand new condition. They had some quality control issues the manager called me and said they would promptly fix it. Very good customer service. Highly recommend recommend this place. Really good at responding to communication and took care of my insurance claim really quickly and hassle-free. They partner with many insurance companies.

My tesla model y was badly rear ended and liftgate, bumper, and one of the rear lights needed to be replaced. They were very professional and transparent. Emily kept me updated during each step of the process. And best of all, they quickly finished the repairs just because I didn't have a rental car.
Highly recommend here for any Tesla repairs.

Emily took care of me and explained everything in detail. Pleasantly surprised with the constant text communication and photos of the repair progress. She was always quick to respond whenever I had a question and was astonished that she even responded during the weekend when the shop was closed.

Tesla owners look over here!!!! Great service. I got rear ended on the highway. Since my car is drivable, Dai helped me ordered the parts first (I paid a refundable deposit) and we waited for the Tesla parts to arrive first before I took my car in for work. Once the parts are in, service was fast, quick and reliable. Dai texted and updated me on what he is doing and when the car will be ready. I was always in and out very quickly. The front desk staff is great as well, they helped with my rental car and made the experience very smooth.

I've brought my Tesla Model 3 here twice this year (yes, I'm very unlucky), and both times have exceeded my expectations.
Jose helped me out in my most recent visit, and he kept me up to date on the status of my car by calling and emailing me. Unfortunately my insurance was being stubborn about the estimate, but Jose was very persistent to get them to approve the changes which was amazing work by him.

Excellent customer service. Had to deal with few body shops in the area. Best service among all. Very courteous and professional. Dai left his mark with his continuous and prompt update on the status of repair order. He is very energetic and fully knowledgeable. This review is mostly for Dai. He's awesome!!! I got into an unfortunate accident where someone hit me on my Kia Forte 2020, causing my passenger door to not open and a few other dents. I gave Xcel a call and they set me up an appointment right away. Brought in my car, filled out some forms and Dai was RIGHT on it!!! He kept me updated everyday with pictures (highly helpful), and worked with insurance and made everything so easy for me. My repair estimate from the other party's insurance was much higher than their coverage which was 5,000. Dai helped me reduce the price of my repairs

First visit was for modification -- painting and installing an aftermarket bumper/hood. They went above and beyond to smoothen out imperfections while matching my paint. Came out perfect, as OEM quality if not better in less than 5 business days.
Second visit was due to an accident -- Dai simplified and expedited the insruance process, I received my car fully restored in less than 5 business days using only OEM parts

This Body Shop is extremely great with the Painting Job for my 2020 Tesla Model 3's Rear Bumper and Back Lid last week. Their work is much better than Tesla Body Shop as I had my Painting Service with Tesla Body Shop last year and unhappy with Tesla Body Shop at all. At Exel Collision Center I had much better service with the Front Desk as They made sure all the paper work with the Insurance Company went smoothly for me. I had my model S body works done at Xcel. They did an amazing job. My model s was rear-ended and the damage was pretty bad, now it looks like new. They are very professional, polite and very responsive. They usually were available when I called (Or they would call back within an hour), very patient and detail-oriented. Definitely 5 stars!

Great place for professional quality, service. Josh Yang was amazing, he handled all the dialogue with the insurance company, kept me posted daily, and even sent pics. I would rate this place 10 star and recommend to all. Vehicle was even detailed inside and out when I received it back, full polish....awesome place, very, very people and service oriented! Highly recommend....btw, I used under another person's recommendation, even though they were not in my insurance company list of approved shops. Josh made it all work...and I had my vehicle back in less than a week....

Tesla owner here who was hesitant taking my car to a tesla repair center due to overwhelming negative reviews and from personal experiences dealing with Tesla.

Car accidents are the BIGGEST headaches and I'm so glad I brought my car to Xcel. The entire process was so quick and smooth! Dai and the team were extremely professional and took extra precautions with social distancing, face masks, and hand sanitizer (with Covid right now). I was expecting to have to repaint my bumper but they were able to polish the paint/scratch off my car..you can't even see it anymore!

Dai is is the man! My car had a small paint job that needs to be done due to a very minor accident. My repair was done in 24 hours. He gave me live updates through pics on whats going on with my car. I didn’t ask for it, but hey it’s really helpful and gives me peace of mind. Quality of craftsmanship and customer service is superior. My car looks pristine after the repair, carwashed and vacuumed. Tesla certified!

Running into an incident is very unfortunate and stressful. I visited several body shops at Santa Clara and eventually chose Xcel Collision Center. Dai and his team has done an amazing job in repairing my car. After the repair, the car is like brand new and looks nicer than before.
Dai is super patient, detail-oriented and very friendly. He kept me posted on every step. My car got T-Boned bear the airport. Car was still drive-able but ended up with a busted door. Dai and his crew fixed up my car in about 9 days. They even fixed part of the paint and damages that wasn't covered in the insurance/accident. They sent me pictures and kept me updated along the way.
Overall, great experience. 100% would recommend if you've been in any sort of auto accident and are looking for repairs.

Someone backed into my Model 3; Dai and company over here at XCel fixed it quickly! Insurance covered most of the damages as it was a hit/run and was easily approved by my Tesla insurance.

I had a driver side front fender and door painted/replaced in ~a week (not including the wait for parts from the factory), and Dai regularly gave updates via text/email. Very good service; the car was much cleaner upon receiving it back. They even helped out with the rental: they called Enterprise to bring me to the rental and called them to pick it up.
Never had to have maintenance done before but
