I highly recommend this place, I was worried about the unique color of my car and how it would looked fixed, but they went above and beyond, my car looks brand new and they polished it, my car was so shiny, and everyone who saw my car was highly impressed with the quality of the work done! Came here about a year ago for an auto collision insurance claim. Had a perfect experience. Yesterday, I ran into a minor bumper problem and came by the shop to see if I could get some help. JV and his team quickly put my bumper back in place and didnt charge me a dime. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I really appreciated his help and friendliness. Thanks JV and A Rod!

I had a car accident recently and my car's front bumper was damaged. I was so upset. My insurance company suggested me to come to A-ROD Auto Collision. They inspected my car and told me the situation within 3 days. They said it would take 2 weeks for them to fix it. The happy thing was I got my car 2 days earlier than the estimated day and I was surprised that they not only fixed my car but also washed and polished my car. There's nothing worse than being in a car accident or in my case having your parked car hit. No one enjoy's dealing with paperwork or the hassle of dealing with other party's insurance but A Rod made it simple .
I called ahead to make an appointment for the appraisal person to inspect my vehicle with me . She made sure to point out prior* damage, dings, scratches . Shortly after the appraisal you sign the work release form my vehicle took about 4 days to complete .

I'm so glad I went here to get my car fixed! I broke one of the side mirrors of my car and they were able to quickly fix it! A few highlights:
-Freddy taped up my mirror so it was safe to drive while we were waiting for the part
-Once the part arrived, it was fixed in 30 minutes
-I was given a cash discount
-The buffed out the scratch I had on my car without me asking.
I'll gladly go back here if I ever need repairs again!

I helped my 87 year old neighbor who was taking her car to a body shop to get it fixed. I met Alex for the first time when the car was dropped off and he was such a nice man and knew from the way he was explaining everything to her that her car was in good hands. We brought it in on a Monday and he said it would be done Wednesday afternoon. We arrived Wednesday around 4:30 and we pulled into the parking lot her car was washed and ready for her to pick up. This review is well overdue, as wanted to take a minute and write a Wonderfull review for this service who repaired my damaged car and the great service they provided following thanksgiving Of 2020 as my car had been rear-ended in a hit and run and they were able to fix my car so quickly and give advice and followup very promptly.
Their representative was wonderful as well as the owner who also is there like daily abs supporting his customer and staff.
Definitely, if I have any other repair issues I will be back for their great services in repairing cars ..

Nobody likes it when they need a body shop. If/when you do, A-Rod is the spot. Not only were they great communicators, but the repairs turned out top notch. Even with delays due to insurance, they did everything they could to expedite repairs and get the job done right and exactly when it was needed. Would highly recommend!

I have used A-Rod twice now for separate occurrences. The first being on an insurance claim from a small parking lot fender bender and second being a much smaller job cleaning up a couple molding pieces my wife had scuffed. Both times A-Rod did a great job of making sure everything was done right and to customers satisfaction. It was great to get the same treatment no matter what the size project.
Freddy's quotes were fair and honest. With a good timeline for the job.

For starters this experience was not the best situation but it was one I had absolutely no complaints about. I had got into a strange accident and took my car in to A-Rod Collision off of Lincoln ave. And wow the staff was super friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Jessica was the front desk and let me know everything it entails dropping my car off with them. The other staff member that was very helpful was Freddy. He kept me updated every step of the way. The owner Alex reassured me that one of their mechanics would take a look ASAP and waited with me until the mechanic arrived. Shoutout to Eric, who was able to diagnose + fix the issue quickly and kindly answered all my questions in a way that was easy for a non-car-expert

Soo.. I got into my first car accident since I've begun driving and although the damages were pretty minor, I don't think we could have found a better auto shop to go to. The manager, Alex, is super nice and professional also. The mechanics did A+ work for our bumper
It's been a few weeks since we've gotten the car bacK with NO problems, but we're back again for our rear drIver side from a different accident.
Another big benefit to having your car at this auto shop is that an Enterprise is just down the street around the corner! Since our insurance covers for car rentals

A-Rod rocks! I brought my 2016 Jeep Cherokee there to get some repair work done after I was in an accident. It was being repaired under someone else's insurance, so I thought it was going to be pain but nope, easy breezy!
I worked with Ryan for the most part and he was fantastic. He updated me multiple times a week and answered all of my questions. He took care of all the extra insurance stuff, which made the process so much easier and definitely less painless.
My Jeep looks brand new! I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be recommending friends and family to A-Rod in the future
