The Ouidad haircut is a wet haircut that is personalized your for hair and curl type. After your stylist creates a personalized shape, they then decide where to incorporate the Ouidad carving and slicing techniques. These techniques are performed by pulling the hair outward and shaking it to reveal any thick, dense sections within your hair.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from this salon. I went in this morning with a bad perm, frizzy hair, and burned ends and walked out with silky smooth hair. I knew I’d be using this salon permanently when the communication via email was nothing but quick, efficient, and easy. So so so much professionalism from this place and I can guarantee I’ll be back here for my other hair needs. HUGE thanks to Natasha for her phenomenal work on my hair. I’m so so SO pleased.

I've been to the Rodi Salon twice now and have my third appointment tomorrow... awesome experiences every time! Natasha is so sweet and so talented. She understood exactly what I wanted for my hair and followed through with amazing results!! Additionally, everyone I have spoken to there has been so wonderful and kind. I absolutely recommend this salon! And if there is anyone out there looking for color treatment for blonde hair, Natasha is fantastic!!

Super happy with my haircut today. Staff was professional and personable. I have very curly hair and hey took their time cutting and styling it. They even showed me how I could achieve the look at home. The Staff also made me a coffee while I was waiting which really made my day. Extremely satisfied with my hair cut and will be returning for my next one.

I have had 0 luck ever with my curly hair and salons until now. It was always mediocre haircuts that ended in a blowout that looked nice for the first day and then my hair wouldn’t have and volume or definition and would just lay flat. I had my appointment with Sharbel to get a Oiedad cut and I walked out looking like a different person. My hair was actually curly! And not curling want curly it was naturally curly and it had volume and body! It was amazing! He knew exactly what to do, talked me through the cut, told me how to style it on my own, how to dry it, EVERYTHING! He was so nice and friendly

I made an appointment with your salon on June 3. When I arrived today I was told the stylist I was scheduled with no longer worked there and there was no appointment in the system for me. Considering I scheduled with the salon, not the stylist directly, I would have appreciated a courtesy call to either schedule me with another stylist or at least let me know I had no appointment. The girl at the front desk made no attempt to accommodate me or at least reschedule. She couldn’t have cared less. What a waste of time.

Expensive, but good quality. I came here from another salon, where my haircut was botched. The hairdresser fixed the cut, and managed to save my hair. However the cost seemed high ($80 +tip) for a 15min appointment. Nevertheless I would come back, but but it's hard to give a 5* due to the price tage.

Run don’t walk to Natasha for your best color experience! Truly, she has the artistic eye and technical know how to accomplish a final hair style that fits your vision; maintains the health of your hair; and incorporates what she correctly understands will look best on you. I have frequented several high end salons in DC, LA, and NYC and can unequivocally state that my highlights were the best I’ve ever had.

I have been going to the same hair stylist for almost 7 years (I have thick, maybe 3b curls, Middle Eastern/Indian descent) and was nervous about trying someone new. I wanted to treat myself to a salon trip for once, so I made an appointment here for a full highlight and a cut, because of the great reviews. After visiting this salon, I'm very confused how they have so many positive reviews. When I arrived, I was brought into an empty back room and sat in a chair facing a wall with no mirror or salon station. It was so extremely unprofessional and not the experience you want when you're paying to get your hair done. The people were kind and I felt bad, but I took off my cape and left before they did my hair. I cannot justify paying to get my hair done

I absolutely love the salon and everyone working there. Rodi is such a nice person and make us feel very comfortable. The salon is beautiful, clean, and pleasant. Sat was my hair stylist and colorist for almost a decade, before I moved away. She is honest, attentive, never letting me do anything that damages my hair. Actuality, when she was taking care of my hair I never had any issues. My hair was the healthiest. I miss her. Hope to visit the salon soon.

I got my hair done by Sara Kim in October and we are now in February and I want to mention my hair is still so beautiful! Which in these times I would consider very important since covid has made things difficult for everyone. This place is very clean and very professionally trained to follow covid procedures. But most importantly, Sarah literally brought my hair back to life! My hair was very damaged and I couldn't remove this green stain from using a hair overtone product due to quarantine boredom. Butchered a gorgeous curly hair. Worst hair cut in over 5 years- as I could not longer go to NY for my Ouidad cuts. They may be friendly and pretty good at regular cuts and color, but ladies- please- do not put your curls into their hands. They are NOT Ouidad certified- check Ouidad website and you will not find an affiliation with Rodi salon, or proof that they are certified. And it definitely shows, in their lackluster results. They do not understand the hair effect of cutting 2 inches or more- when you specifically ask to keep the same length. And unfortunately they would lie to you, pretend

Sara Kim is now at Rodi Salon! Yeah!! Due to the unexpected & surprise closure of Dolce Vita Salon in Tysons Galleria thought I'd share my amazing experience at Rodi Salon in Vienna. I followed Sara here and would follow her anywhere as she is so amazing with color and highlights not to mention her beautiful hair cuts! -Safety precautions were above & beyond the standards set forth by VA. Temperature taken at the door. Signage on the door with instructions. Limited number of clients in at one time. Witnessed constant cleaning during my visit. For example, every time a client got up from a chair, the entire surface was cleaned. There was social distancing between stylists.
-The best part...Natasha and her talent. Yes, my fiancé did two (yes TWO) root touch

I have been a client of Natasha's for several year and couldn't love her more! She is a fabulous colorist and does her best to make clients for comfortable. I have been back twice since the reopening after covid and felt completely safe - clients and stylists all wear masks, temperatures are checked upon entry, and social distancing is practiced. They even rented the office space next door to use if needed to ensure that social distancing is practiced. A month later it's probably the worst cut I've ever had as an adult. Looks like someone just took shears and chopped off my hair at my neck. No real shape. Curls no longer form. I
Update: nearly a year out and it's still the worst cut I've ever had. Two layers. One short about four inches shorter than the long layer. Curl patter totally ruineIt's taken this long to get it to a length that it might now fixed by Ouidad in FLL. My final conclusion is that I would never get my own hair cut here.
