Hair by Aileen is a private hair studio, located inside Sola Salon Studios in Tyson's Corner (Studio 10) right off of Route 7 and just 2 blocks from the Spring Hill Metro Station on the Silver Line. Sola is not visible from Westwood Center Drive, the entrance is in the rear of the same building as the popular restaurant Shamshiry, facing the building's parking garage.

This is my first time getting my hair done with Aileen, and I am very happy with my experience! She really listens and respects the hair goals you're trying to achieve, and does a wonderful job getting you to your vision. The communication and double checking every step of the way was much appreciated! (I'm sure we all know too many stylists who don't do that and end up leaving you with a color or cut completely different from what you initially imagined sigh)...I am completely satisfied with my end result! Aileen is also easy going and I felt very much at ease in her company 😊

Aileen is prepared, professional, and excellent at handling hair! She knew exactly what to do, and I haven’t had someone feel that confident with my hair in a long time. I got a more blunted haircut, just above my shoulders (to trim off my dead ends) and it looks great. I’m very pleased with her service!

First haircut/highlight in 8 months. I’ve been avoiding going because I’m newish here and the last experience was not very good. Aileen was excellent! I’m blonde and get highlights with red underneath. Only an experienced hairdresser can do it without bleeding the colors. It came out perfect and it was my first time with her! The cut was great as well. Not to mention I just enjoyed her company! I will be going back!

I am a new client to Hair by Aileen and she did not disappoint. I knew she was a good colorist as she does a friend's hair, but wow she is one of the best colorists I have ever used. I was in a hair funk and was tired of just straight highlighting. I asked her to help me out and she did an amazing color. She also styled it super cute after she did my cute as well.

Aileen was wonderful and gave me a great, fresh haircut! My hair style had been in a funk and I needed a change so I found her after seeing many styles on her Instagram that I really liked. I was able to point to those styles to say “I like this and this…” Then we talked about how those styles would look on me with my hair texture. We talked about the style as she cut away to make sure I liked it and it was a style I could maintain. I really appreciated the extra check-ins and making sure I knew how to care for my style at the end. I’ll definitely be back to see Aileen!

I'm a relatively new customer here in Hair by Aileen and I've been very happy with the coloring/haircut/styling. After moving to Tysons Area, I needed to find a new hair salon. After an extensive search, I found Hair by Aileen. All reviews here turned out to be very true. Aileen is the best colorist I've ever met and I've been to many expensive hair solons before. My dark hair now has a perfect ash blondish color without being brassy/damaged. Thank you Aileen! Really appreciate the effort you put in your beautiful work!

Aileen was incredible from the moment I met her! She came recommended from a friend with high reviews. I was nervous at first, as it was my first time seeing her, and she was correcting an older color job. Aileen took the time to explain every step, make recommendations for healthy hair, and how to maintain the look longest. Our conversation was wonderful too. Will certainly recommend her to others and be back myself!

I've been looking for a hairstylist for a couple months now and I am so glad that I found Aileen during the process! Aileen is very talented and amazing! During my appointment, she took her time to guide me and understand what I wanted as she understands that it is a big decision. Although the time I originally booked with her was shorter, she was kind enough to stay longer and never felt that she was rushing with my hair. Aileen provided great customer service and ensure that I felt comfortable and safe in her salon. I absolutely love my hair and will definitely come back to her in the future

Aileen was hands down the best hair stylist I've EVER been too. She took the time to understand and talk to me about what I wanted. She also gave me her input on what would be best for me and my style, face shape and so on. She really took the time to understand and communicate rather than just ask me thinks she knows and get it done in a couple hours.
