This is a small law firm with 1 attorney and 3 legal assistants. If you retain them, be patient. They work multiple cases at a time. If you have questions, email them or leave a vm, but give them time to get back to you. With current events, the dynamics are different. Trust your team, give them time and trust that they are working for you. If you work for them, be very careful. Do not share your outside life, your ambitions and ONLY do what is required of you for your job. Don't try and help with more. Whatever you do, DON'T SCREW UP. They don't give second chances.
