After my grandmother passed away a family trust dispute happened. My uncle being the caretaker of the trust was not doing the right thing and wasn’t adhering to the law. After a brief consultation and talking to Mr. Sondgeroth and team we devised a plan to tackle this situation. Ken and his staff guided our family through a probate upon the passing of a loved one. Working with Sondgeroth Law, from another state, was a concern that rapidly disippated. Where do I begin, let me start out by letting everyone know that this is my first rodeo with the probate stuff. My best friend of 20 + yrs. passed in 2020. I was name as and alternative if her children could not agree and honor her wishes. I have learn allot in these past months. 1st. I needed an attorney in AZ to assist my office with a deed matter and found Mr. Sondgeroth's office. First, their fee was extremely reasonable, and second, his assistant Renae could not have been more responsive. This is not always the case with an attorney office, even if the caller is another attorney! Everything was handled very professionally and expeditiously. Was rude and mean to my 73 yo Mother while she handled her niece's estate. At first it started with small things like hiring his relatives to make appraisals, but after my mom fell and broke her ribs and arm midway through the estate the attorney's secretary was asked by the family to hold off - they made no communication with anyone and suddenly threatened to drop the estate.
They have already been paid in full. I would consider more polite options if possible.
