They want all your personal information and ask if they can send your number to someone else who will call you. Can't get a straight answer to my problem. Asked one question then couldn't get anymore answered. Texted and asked for an appointment to speak with an attorney. Never got a response. Lerner and Rowe is the place to go if you want to be left hanging. Good my life didn't depend on them. Won't call them again.

"One call and that's all"... actually three calls that I made and never got past their "intake specialist" and a week later we've still never received a return phone call from anyone. On their own website they say that time is of the essence but apparently it's not important enough to return a prospective clients multiple phone calls. Seems to me if you are going to make "one call" you should consider making it to someone else.

Being in a car accident is scary, but it's especially frightening when it's your first. Being so young, I honestly did not know where to start. With that being said, I am so glad that I began with Lerner and Rowe! I felt so taken care of. I had no problems whatsoever. I called to get some information on bankruptcy. I was transferred to a paralegal. After I stated I was looking for a bankruptcy attorney he immediately asked if I could come in tomorrow or sometime this week. I asked him if he could give me any information over the phone. He told me no that it was a long 4 month process that was better explained in person. I than answered that I would give them a call back. He then questioned why I wasn't going to set an appointment and insinuated that I wasn't going to call back. I then frankly told him that I wasn't impressed with his customer

Words cannot express the gratitude that my mom, sister and I have for Law Office of Lerner & Rowe. First of all, I don't even live in Arizona.
