WORST experience at this shop-- Dan is incredibly RUDE and doesn't explain anything. He told us we need to leave his shop because we were asking questions he "didn't have time to answer". He wants a fat portion of whatever your insurance will pay you, without any reason! AVOID THIS PLACE, he is an awful worker. Glad we decided not to go through with this shop, it would be a nightmare, judging by the short interact we had

Very bad customer service they had my car for repair and during the time the car was in their parking lot it was scratched and when I was picking up the car I saw a scratch and asked them to show the photo of the car I had brought them, they showed there was no scratch then I showed them a scratch on the car, they began to say that it was already there or I just did it , I said you saw the photo, you yourself took a photo of the car and there wasn't any scratches but they said that they did not have a photo, they showed me a photo of the other side and she began to run away from me and yell at

Complete and total scumbags. Estimated nearly $3,000 for a simple bumper scratch. They tried to explain that a sensor was damaged but refused to show us a picture of the damaged sensor. He said he could see it but couldn't get a picture of it? He also said that part would cost $900 but could not explain where the rest of the estimate was coming from. Get this, when I asked him to explaim where the rest of the $3000 was coming from, he said "If you want me to explain more it's going to cost more." When I questioned that, he hung up. Avoid these criminals at all costs.

All Pro Auto Body did the best work and took care of me better than I ever could have imagined! I was referred by a friend to Dan there because he is a man of the people. He was able to take my car in and get the RIGHT parts to restore it to pre-loss condition. Best of all, he gave me 10% of my claim to put towards my deductible! They even helped me out with one of their own rentals and took care of all the insurance negotiations. I was able to save money and not have to stress about all of the insurance mess. Great customer service! Very helpful! I'd recommend them to anyone I came across that needed work done on there vehicle. Due to the icy storm Portland had my car slid into another car and I had no idea who to go to for the repairs. These guys helped me every step of the way. Did not try to over charge me like other auto shops do. They definitely went above and beyond for me! Great people. Great business!

Dan at all-pro is amazing. I was referred by a friend for an accident that smashed up two front panels and a light on my car. Dan gave me a much better price than the two other shops I had taken it to, and it looks seriously better than when I took it in. He even replaced the bumper that I had asked to be left alone to lower the cost, and no extra charge. Highly recommended if you are in an accident!

This is a review regarding their U-Haul rental services. Dan the part owner/representative was very dismissive and unprofessional during the entire encounter. First, he gave me a truck that has check engine light on. He said it's related to the gas tank pop opened which he claimed he fixed and it should reset in 2 miles and refused to exchange another truck. After 2 miles, the check engine light still on. I felt very unsafe the entire time I drove the truck but I felt I had no choice but proceed. I called him next day to told him the check engine light was still on, but he brushed it off and
