We stopped in to get an estimate for some damage that had been done to our front bumper due to a "runaway" patio umbrella (one of those big ones for table shade etc) that took place at a coffee shop. He took one look and said "I can take care of that really easily". He went and got a bottle of cleaner/solution of some sort and within minutes was able to get rid of the scuff marks. He was fantastic and so nice to deal with. He didn't charge us a cent. We will definitely be using this company when and if we every need repairs.

I came here based on the previous reviews - and was pleasantly surprised. They fixed the window on my car for an extremely reasonable price, and did it very quickly, though I had to wait one day for it to get to their shop, since my car is a bit old and weird (it probably would have been two days or more elsewhere). Their business is down a bit because of the recession right now - so go here if you don't want to wait long!
Edit after a few years: though I no longer have the car, the window that was replaced here started to get a huge, visible scratch (and horrifying sound) from opening and closing

Rhonda and Joe are two of the nicest people when it comes to easing your mind in a stressful time. I took my 2012 Chevy Sonic in for body damage and was very hesitant in general due to the fact that it was a brand new car.
I wanted my car to come back to me as good as new.
The whole process took a little over 3 weeks due to insurance and the ordering of parts but throughout these two were amazing.
There is a lifetime guarantee on the repairs on my vehicle which makes me feel good about not taking it to my insurances preferred choice of Kadels.
I would have gotten my car back in worse condition
