Community analysis: investigate existing operations of an association and provide recommendations of improvements and changes. Customized website with online tools for your Community & HOA including calendar, announcements, online payments, reminders, message boards and more. Provide for scheduled collections (monthly/quarterly dues) using various tools (e.g., coupon books, automated clearing house, lock boxes, online payments).
Jill Koch is the owner and President of JK Property Management. Spending nearly 20 years managing residential and commercial properties, her expertise spans from high-rise condominiums, large associations and boutique communities to commercial warehouses and strip malls. As a mother of three girls, Jill brings her maternal instincts to her properties providing a personal touch, attention to detail and tactful conflict resolution.
Regular training seminars are held in our office where board members can garner information about such subjects as: board responsibilities, board certification, how to read monthly financials, legal updates, budget preparation, insurance and collections. All classes are conducted by professionals who understand the special issues affecting today's communities, at no cost to the association.

This management company is risking their reputation over a condominium they have only had for a client for one month.
Lived in condo for 25 years, never was an adult living Community, durning this time period, easily provable. Condominium documents old & never updated.
If your condominium documents are stale due to waiver & non enforcement & the Board of directors won’t or refuse to fix it by simply pass a formal resolution suspending enforcement pending review.
Don’t expect them to help you, they only enforce what the board of directors want accomplished, which in my case is age discrimination

After multiple encounters with this company I can honestly say Dana is keeping them reputable. She is organized, responsive and takes matters into her own hands when faced with roadblocks. After a bad experience with previous management company, We hired JK Property Management because they interviewed the best.
After three years with Angie I am very happy as president , she is making my job there easier. Very responsive to everyone who needs her and shows the expertise and professionalism I need . Recommend to anyone looking for a management company

Over the years, there have been many management companies come through our property. Realistically most of them leave a mess behind for the next company to worry about. JK was able to come in clean up other company messes. Made the property better by enforcing the rules that tenants don't want to follow. Their maintenance personnel worked hard at making the place better.

A management company is as good as the BOD that works with it. JK has worked on our property for many years. Management and Ownership helped us correct mistake left by previous management companies, in accounting, delinquencies, and overall maintenance of the property. If you need someone that is willing to work hard, and help you get things. Could not recommend a better company.
