If I could give this company no stars I would, they evicted me during a pandemic and they knew I was applying for the rental assistance programs. We even went back to back in the emails about the rental assistance, and they just became impatient and kicked me out. It felt so illegal, but everything was done by the book, with the court systems, everything!!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. In addition to the issues below, they deducted too much rent for my last month, refused to return it for 27 days. They also required I provide my account and routing number over email, which is a terrible idea- that's how identity theft happens! When I asked to be transferred to accounting to verify my account over the phone, they refused. Save yourself and don't rent here.

Good day I am a tenant at 2745 West Okeechobee Rd had an issue with the AC within hours the maintenance gentleman shows up very professional the AC person (leon) assured the issue was fixed and if for any reason the AC has more issues to please contact him, unfortunately the AC still kept freezing and did another maintenance requested he returns in the morning and concluded the AC needed replacement. The same day the property manager (Yoisy) contacted me that the AC would be replaced and by Monday the new unit will be replaced lucky the weekend was pleasant .
