Affordable rentals but terrible management. The staff is really nice and helpful, but the management hides behind them so they don't have to answer to the problems they cause residents. Not to mention, they never give notice about maintenance coming to the property.
I moved into a filthy unit without a stove and missing cold water from my kitchen sink. After reporting the problem, I got no response from management but two days later had someone show up out of nowhere with a stove and my sink was fixed unannounced two days later. They denied any discount on rent for the filthy apartment and inconvenience

Im speaking for the hallandale residents. Lehman property is by far the worst living experience ive ever had. Cant get maintenance to come and fix anything they charge for garbage and let it pile up. The building is full of rodents and insects... Management is always unaware of over charges and wen ask to correct anything they're very unprofessional!!!
