I am so thankful we worked with Tom at Castle View in purchasing our new home! As a first-time home buyer, there are a lot of corners that you can't see around and questions you may not think to ask. I really appreciated how informative Tom was, walking us through the whole process step by step. The Agent had us do a back ground check that cost 30 dollars a person, but the property ended up not being for rent and they refused to refund our money. We were not declined because of our security check, the property was pulled before they reviewed it, but we had already paid for the check. The agent said she would do her best to get our money back, but never replied back to us. DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY
