I am so thankful we worked with Tom at Castle View in purchasing our new home! As a first-time home buyer, there are a lot of corners that you can't see around and questions you may not think to ask. I really appreciated how informative Tom was, walking us through the whole process step by step. I liked that he would point out things to consider that would impact maintaining a home, things to look out for that could mean large future expenses, and things that could impact resale down the road. The Agent had us do a back ground check that cost 30 dollars a person, but the property ended up not being for rent and they refused to refund our money. We were not declined because of our security check, the property was pulled before they reviewed it, but we had already paid for the check. The agent said she would do her best to get our money back, but never replied back to us. DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY
Edit: the Agent is downright lying in the reply. She stated very clearly that the owner decided to sell instead of rent before the agent had even sent our back ground check., Our credits were

Called and set up an appointment a week in advance to view a house for rent. Realtor called me 2.5 hours before the viewing to cancel, stating that the property was rented a few days previous. Perfectly good vacation day squandered because of agent laziness and ineptitude.
