Jacobson & Associates has been providing high-quality, residential, commercial and industrial property appraisal services to Northern Illinois since 1979. Because of our long history and extensive familiarity with the counties of DeKalb, Kane, Lee and Ogle, you can be assured that the appraisal or consultation will be completed accurately and efficiently.
We have completed countless residential and commercial appraisals with our expertise - focusing primarily on geographic areas of Northern Illinois located west of Route 47. Our knowledge and database go back for more than 30 years. It is this tremendous resource that serves as a foundation for many additional assignments.
Our staff is comprised of senior level people - having over 50 years of combined experience servicing the Northern Illinois market. Senior staff members not only are designated members of the Appraisal Institute, but are also certified general real estate appraisers with the State of Illinois.
