Craig is attentive and he cares about his work. He is responsive in the days leading up to the inspection and afterwards. His report lead to the seller agreeing to many favorable changes during our closing. I would highly recommend MVIA for professionalism, responsiveness, expertise, and for a generally pleasant, if not fun, working relationship. It was enjoyable walking through our new home with Craig.
