We, at Indian Rock Inspections, LLC, have been in the construction and real estate industry for over 35 years. We have extensive experience in all aspects of home construction from the ground up, including electrical, plumbing, roofing and HVAC. Brett Maloney has a background in real estate development and homebuilding.
Indian Rock Inspection - This comprehensive home inspection will evaluate your home's visibly accessible structural features and systems and provide a same day, digital report on their condition. Each inspection follows the Standards of Practice set by the State of Massachusetts and additionally adheres to the stringent practices and policies outlined in the AHIT and ASHI Standards of Practice.

You know, buying a house can be stressful. You worry about the cost. You worry about the financing. You worry about selling your current house. Well, Greg can't help you with those worries but he can check it from stem to stern and find all the things you didn't see. He will provide you with a detailed report of the condition of the house, it's parts and systems. If you are as fortunate as I, he'll spend more time pointing out the good things and less time pointing out the bad things. I slept better after the inspection, it checked a lot of items off my worry list. Thanks Brett.

Brett did my home inspection back in June of 2019 for my first home. He was extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to explain all the details to me. His report was super thorough and I was impressed by his use of a 360 camera during the inspection. I'm writing the review now because I reached out to Brett today with a kind of random question. He not only remembered me and my house but gave me some great information to help answer my question.

Brett did our home inspection about a year ago. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and patient. We recently had to call him to come back and check some basement floor cracks and moisture marks. He came quickly , new exactly what was happening and reassured us it was normal. He is a pleasure to work with!
