Master Ramirez is the current Vice President for the California Unified TKD Association "CUTA". He is also the head coach for the Institution of Mexicans the Exterior "IME". Master Ramirez has produced International and National Champions in the USA and Mexico, including USA National Team Members. He has been teaching children, teens, and adults Martial arts in Ventura county since 1998.
Master Taylor Ramirez is a world class athlete who has been competing since she was 3 years old. Miss Taylor is an 8x California State Champion, One time Mexico National Champion, Two Time United States National Champion and Former U.S.A. National team member. She has won medals internationally including Korea, Israel, and Costa Rica.

From basic and traditional classes, to advance and Sparring classes, our Taekwondo program is based around a curriculum of self defense. Our main focus is to build your child's confidence through martial arts while getting them physically fit. At Journey TKD, we focus on incorporating strength, speed, and conditioning drills, into helping their coordination to keep your child stay actively healthy while having fun.

Master Ramirez and the Ramirez family have made one of the most impacts on my life. Their teachings not only allowed me to compete at a world class level, but have allowed me to apply the philosophy and teachings in all aspects of my life. When I have children, I look forward to enrolling them into Twin Tigers. This is not a black belt mill by any means. Master Ramirez is all about developing individuals. Not a day in my life that goes by without applying the tools I have developed. I was with them for the most important years of my adolescence 10 - 20. Best years of my life.
