Our first time there and we loved what we ate. Had a very pleasant waitress, if in the area again would go back for sure

Arrived early for a 3pm dinner reservation. They were just switching over from brunch. They said sit anywhere in the bar area. That was not the dining experience I was expecting. I expected a more upscale experience for my wife’s birthday.
Service was ok. Salad was good. I had stuffed shells they were overcooked and dry. My wife had lobster ravioli it was good. We finished with a hot lava cake with ice cream that was good. Perhaps if our dinner was later the ambiance might have been better. Just less than I expected perhaps I should have just lowered my expectations

My family and I have lived locally for about 5 years now and the best summation I can come up with is that I have probably had a bad meal here as often as I've had a good meal which is not a good ratio

My most recent visit was with my family who was up visiting for the weekend. There were 8 of us and we made a reservation. We weren't supplied with enough silverware and napkins to start.

We waited a good amount of time which I never mind as long as the ultimate product is of high quality. Well, in this case, it wasn't. I ordered scallops and risotto which was lukewarm if I

I recently had an excellent takeout visit to Dante's! Easy to find and easy to park, the youthful staff are both professional and friendly. Very easy to make an order by phone; the male staff member make me feel like my order was thoughtfully being taken care of - to the point that he confirmed with the kitchen that the appetizer special was still available! I didn't feel rushed or un-valued through my entire experience! He was also very confident with the weekend specials and dishes.

The brussle sprouts on special were delicious; perfectly cooked. The olive oil sauce provided was light

I have lived in the neighborhood of this restaurant for as long as Dante's has been here. The wait staff maintain a high level of service, with good humor often and helpful guidance about the specials of the day. The food is consistently good and continued efforts are made to expand the menu with new appetizers and entrees along with creative specials. The homemade pasta dishes with linguini are always good. I have relied on takeout dinners from Dantes throughout the pandemic and am never disappointed.

The jazz brunch is excellent. The guitar player, Bryan Kilough, is as good as you

Sunday brunch is nice. Menu is minimal, with a few frittatas, benes, pasta dishes and sandwiches, but there's some good choices and they're plated nicely. Jazz music is amazing, out on the patio.

We went to Dantes because it is so highly recommended. The food was excellent. I had the Pollo al Marsala and my brother had pasta and his wife had the Ravioli di Aragosta. Good portions, very tasty and decent prices.
We went on a Saturday at 2:00 because that is the slowest time and the least wait. Unfortunately they we short staffed, between shifts and some mistakes were made.
As we were leaving the next shift started to arrive.
But this place is very popular and it is definitely worth a visit.

Some of the best Italian food you can find in the area! Definitely not inexpensive but well worth it. Also, our server Ryan was fantastic, probably one of my absolute best dining experiences. He has a great sense of humor, we were laughing the whole time and really enjoyed our visit.
Note to management: Do not ever let this young man leave. He's honestly one of the best servers we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He kept us laughing and was extremely attentive to our party. You have a great employee there. Just thought you'd like to know.

We had a lovely dinner with friends. We've always loved coming because it has " gluten free" pasta. Although they were out, they made the quick trip to the store to pick it up.
Quality was wonderful as usual.

Disclaimer: I was raised on Italian food in Providence, Boston, and New London so my standards are very high. If you're not spoiled by the stellar food in this area, you may have different feelings.
The service here is excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff with a cozy atmosphere and extensive menu. The food was a different story for me though; dry meatballs, bitter sauce, overcooked pasta... It was serviceable at best. If you have a few extra minutes, DeBernado's in Epping is much better, but with more limited hours.

Ambiance nice but food just ok. It's does look fancy but super simple things with simple flavors, ordinary people can make doesn't have to be top chef.

Went for Sunday brunch, and it wasn't good. The fries that came with my Bruch Burger were completely over salted to be inedible, and my wife's seafood Benedict were sent back because the eggs weren't poached- they were hard yoked. The bernaise sauce was also too salty. Finally, my wife inquired about an appt with the related spa next door and the young woman simply responded that the spa was completely booked that day without offering /volunteering when the next available appt would be. This, for a high margin one hour service! That's what the lack of competition gets you.

On a whim we stopped by for lunch on a rainy day to check this place out. Outdoor seating was available but due to the rain we opted inside. It’s casual with almost a tavern like feel. The waiter was a nice kid who was very prompt and efficient. He was super upbeat and friendly as well. We placed our orders and well, I won’t order Carbonara anywhere else now. Fresh, handmade linguini helped this dish which was rich and decadent. When you sigh after you take a bite, you know it’s great. The kids ate and hubby had his Chicken Parmigiana which he said was the best he’s ever had (he orders

It's a terrible sense of helplessness to be so far away from those you love, and so the only thing I can do is send my folks little things to cheer them up. Well, Dantes Bistro not only delivered on a terrific meal, they lifted the spirits of my parents in a way I hadn't heard in them for months. After they ate, my parents called in absolute delight by not only the meal but by how kind the delivery person was to them.

I won't forget the kindness that came with the meal. I'm writing this from California, and to know that this family-owned business went above and beyond to give

Love, love, love this hidden gem for brunch! They have a jazz brunch once a week on Sundays. The price is right, the food is perfection, and the espresso martini and bloody marys are some of the best I've ever had and I am a big brunch person! Now we attend "church" religiously every Sunday. Dinner is also great here but definitely come for brunch! Ryan and Desiree are the absolute best, verh friendly and very attentive!

First time visiting Dante. my husband wanted to try it. over priced for one. I am very picky eater so I got the filet mignon. how can you go wrong, right. its 2 pieces which is fine, but one of them was 75% fat. my experience with filet mignon, which was $26 btw, is very little fat and very favorable. it had great flavor, the Potato was great too. the waitress came back with another one and it was very cooked on the outside, probably to get it to me quick, but rare on the inside. I did not ask for it to be cooked more, as my husband was already done and my potatoes were getting cold. I was disappointed

Invited friends to try Dante's with us. The food was delicious! We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The service was lacking. Our server appeared distracted. (Dominic). It took forever to take our orders. He never offered refills on our sodas. He never refilled our water and he never asked if we'd like more bread. Hopefully it was just a bad night for him. Didn't care for seeing a dog roaming the dining area. Dogs and food prep are a bad mix. Will certainly give it another try :)

First timer. Very happy here. Our app was the artichoke hearts wrapped in prosciutto with an outstanding cheese sauce. Ohh my God. Delicious. Lynn had the chicken picatta. Chicken was so tender. The flavor of the sauce was made this dish so tasty. I had the bolenaise with penne. Such an excellent blend of flavors.
What an excellent experience. Thank you Chris for taking great care of us

The food was fantastic and the service was excellent!!! We went Dante's for my birthday last night and had a reservation for 6 people. They sat us in a sem-private room which was fantastic! Despite the fact our party was a bit obnoxious and loud (due to our celebratory spirits) our waiter was patient, attentive and charming! We had a great experience and will definitely go back and recommend Dante's to friends and family! Thank you for making my birthday a wonderful evening

Pretty good for an Italian place in a small unassuming town like Barrington,NH.
Having had the pleasure of an Italian step father and many trips to the North End in Boston I can be pretty picky with my Italian eats.

Firstly our serve was AWESOME!! I forgot his name but he was younger. Very polite, very attentive and enthusiastic. Kudos to this young man.

The atmosphere is a little cluttered and perhaps that's part of its charm ... the one thing that bugged me was the presence of a dog in the front dining room. And although this pup was VERY friendly and well behaved I don't feel

After helping with the women's self-defense class at Quest Martial Arts we made the trip across the street to Dante's for drinks and appetizers. Mind you this was a Friday night that went way past their normal business hours. This large group flooded the restaurant and lounge within about 30 minutes. Dante's staff worked exceptionally hard to efficently serve all of us. To say this was a bit wild and crazy for them would be a mild assessment. I personally felt everyone was treated to pretty good service, excellent food and great atmosphere.
As a side note, we have a great relationship

I've been here a few times, but after a recent trip I have to wonder, why are there dogs running loose in this restaurant? These are not service dogs, or guide dogs. They seem to be random dogs that belong to the staff.

I am terrified of dogs and the presence of a dog bounding toward me is make me feel like I might pass out. I think it's great that people love their companion animals and want to take them to work, but they really don't belong in a restaurant.

I don't dislike dogs. I have met and happily petted many of my friend's dogs. In controlled circumstances, I
