I love love loved mei wei but i got food poisoning from chicken fried rice and im still recovering. don’t know if i will be able to eat here again unfortunately.

Have been ordering from here on doordash for quite awhile. But I made a big order three days ago. Just now getting to my low mein. And there was a nice piece of metal in it. I have no idea how much I could have possibly eaten. Will never order from here again. That's unacceptable. I can never feel comfortable with food from here ever again. Also! It's not foil. It's thick metal. I used no foil to cover or store. Right from the to go container to a bowl with a paper towel then into the microwave, surprised it didn't mess up my microwave. If I have health issues from this it will become a major issue

I recommend going to Mei Wei when passing by. Here's a little of some food that I enjoy ☺️. Shrimp tempura roll: the tempura is chrunchy on the outside and shrimp inside.(I recommend eating it once you get it cause the chrunch will get soggy cause of the sauce.). Another food I enjoy is the fried gyoza. It's chrunchy on the outside and is flavor full it especially taste good with the dumpling sauce. A good time to get food there is 2-3pm cause it's not too busy at that but you can do it whenever you want. I recommend trying out Mei Wei ✨☺️✨

Best place for sushi and general tso and sweet and sour chicken. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for the wonderful service

The spicy chicken and eggs & chives are delicious!!! Ask for the traditional menu. The staff are very friendly and nice! This place is amazing and I will definitely be back soon!

Probably the most bland and disgusting food we have ever eaten , only ordered because Kume was closed. Soup tasted like water. Sushi was gross and funky tasting. Vegetables in tempura were not cooked through.
I also know multiple people who suffered food poisoning from eating here. Would not recommend.

We go here from time to time for Chinese food, usually to take home since it's five minutes from where we live. The prices are reasonable and the food is OK, but it isn't our first or second favorite Chinese food location. It will do fine, but it isn't great. I like the food when I get it, but I always give the leftovers to the chickens. I will drive the extra twenty minutes to other places most times.

Got takeout from here the other night and it was sublime!! Fresh, tasty, and OMG their sushi is so delicious! We tried the spicy yellowtail and the tempura shrimp. Both of them were fantastic. We also had a shrimp special they were running and it was awesome.

Had a delicious lunch from here yesterday. The service was pleasant and the food was as expected. I really liked the pork fried rice. My girlfriend didn't love her General Two's chicken, but it tasted pretty good to me!

First time ordering food here. Ordered general Tso dinner combo and it was the worst I’ve had in a long time. Rice and chicken was very saturated with no crisp, as though it had been sitting for a while. Tso sauce is off and doesn’t taste good either. Chicken fingers were the only good part.

Walked in and was immediately asked if I wanted the buffet. I did and when I went up to the buffet table, there was hardly anything left. This was early enough so that there should have been more food available so I took a few items. Then I returned 10 mins later. Nothing had been replenished! So I took a few items again, returned to my table and again, returned to the buffet table. Again, even less available! If I could give it 0 stars I would. We ordered 3 sushi rolls to be delivered which were a little pricey to begin with. However only 2 rolls arrived. We were a little upset by this, so we called to let them know what had happened. The woman on the phone was EXTREMELY rude. She insisted that we had gotten 3 rolls. She then proceeded to make us call our delivery driver to see if it was left behind in the car. After calling the driver, we called the restaurant back and the same woman accused us of lying about our missing roll. She refused to replace our roll or refund us. She continued accusing us

Food is okay, not worth the wait though. Plus, the owner/manager is always in a sour mood, and the attitude gets annoying. That's fine with me, I'll spend my money places with sincere smiles and genuine gratitude for my business.

To go containers are as cheap as it gets. Double check the lids, they will always leak everywhere.

Not sure what happened to this place. We have eaten in and gotten take out a number of times. The food was always really good but it had been quite some time since our last visit. We were in the area last night and some of were in the mood for Chinese and some for sushi so we chose to dine in. The place was dead at 6:00pm on a Friday night which should have been the first clue that things have gone down hill.

I ordered one of the dinner combos. It was ice cold almost like the fried rice had come out of the fridge and not warmed well. The beef and broccoli had warm spots and cool spots

My favorite Chinese restaurant to go to EVER. I worked here going to school and when I moved away I thought about it all the time until I was again reunited. They're fairly priced, friendly, consistently good food and always a good time when you go. They have a little bit of everything and are definitely the most delicious Asian food in New Hampshire if not New England. Ask for the traditional menu or go with the more Americanized version. Even have a lunch buffet and the famous scorpion bowls. 10/10 recommend if you're coming to the area.

I love Mei Wei! When my parents come to visit we always order from here! The Hunan beef, orange chicken, lo mein, and sushi are really good! Service is always good and reliable.

I have only ever had the lunch buffet here. Its quick and I liked most things I tried. Will be back.

I had sushi- spicy crunchy salmon & tuna. Got food poisoning. Go to kume in Newmarket instead.

We only get takeout because the restaurant is usually crowded with college kids. We have ordered many times and the food has generally been very good. A couple times in the past they have screwed up the order by leaving something out but recently it has been better because they have people who can speak english better answering the phone. We have tried Chinese restaurants in nearby towns but Mei Wei seems to be the best around.

Nice interior & service, mediocre sushi. Was really craving some sushi and not a ton of options around, so I decided to try them out.
Rolls loosely rolled with a lot of imitation crab inside and just ok flavors.
Not awful but probably won't try again.

Admittedly I'm no expert on Chinese cuisine, nor have I ever been flat out "wowed" by the food here, but what keeps me coming back (aside from living within walking distance!) is the exceptional service.

After just 2 take-out visits, the woman whose usually up front (is it Lin? is she owner?) had memorized my cell number and knew me on sight. Pretty impressive.
