I had the pleasure to actually meet Joseph Scarano for my baby boy's cremation. The lady at the office wasn't very nice though, a true princess at its best (you don't belong in that kind of work if you don't have any patience, empathy or compassion.) We acquired services for my grandfather from Scarano Funeral again, Joe Scarano didn't handle this matter and once again we met with the same standoff lady and another young gentleman who claimed to be a family member too. I just don't get how you can have such lack of compassion for someone's deceased, in that line

Mr. Scarano was very helpful throughout the entire process. From the initial meeting, he was very upfront and honest about pricing and details and offered an incredible deal that was basically impossible to turn down. We had a 2 day viewing and they provided a lot of resources and tools and were very accessible whenever we had questions. HIGHLY recommend doing business with the Scarano family.

We were making hasty arrangements for my father-in-law, whose final illness developed more quickly than we thought. We were trying to be frugal because our resources also were needed to care for my mother-in-law for the near future.
Mr. Scarano handles all the details himself, and patiently explains every option. We came to talk on a very busy day, and he dropped everything to take care of us. Even though we were clearly not his biggest customer, he and his staff went out of their way to make us feel like their most important customers.

A week ago we held my Mom's funeral at this family-owned funeral home. I am so grateful to Mr. Joseph Scarano and his staff for their genuine caring assistance. They made us feel that they understood our pain, and went out of their way to accommodate Mom's final wishes.
I never thought that doing business with a funeral home would be pleasant, due to the nature of the business. However, at this place, everything was perfect and I know that my mom would have appreciated the care given to her.
