My dad was a lead pastor of Sion Church, and he died abruptly due to a stroke. Unfortunately, there were no pre funeral arrangements made. I went to St. Fort as a novice, "Jeff" helped me through out the whole process. Not only St. Fort was the cheapest funeral in the N.E. vicinity, it was also the prettiest. The staff was courteous, the decorations was beautiful, and my dad's body was well presented in the casket. Because of St. Fort, my dad was buried with class and I couldn't ask for more.

If you have anything out of the ordinary needed for funeral services, like I did, I would avoid this business. I live out of state and needed to have my brothers remains and death certificate sent to me. There is very poor communication among staff and to the client. One hand did not know what the other was doing. I had numerous times trying to check on status, only to be told to call back later. I had to call them for updates, because they never called me. They do not seem to use email as a regular part of their business, nor have readily available information on a computer available to staff

I had the best experience with St. Fort Funeral Home for my dad's funeral. The customer service was impeccable, and they are so accommodating. Greg was awesome, he delivered such great customer service! The staff is amazing and everything went so smooth. The service was beautiful everything from the obituary, slideshow and chapel. I definitely recommend St. Fort Funeral Home. I will definitely use them again for all my funeral needs. 5 stars all around!

We had my mom's funeral here in May 2021. The place is really beautiful. I hate dark and stuffy funeral homes and this place is the opposite of that. It is so open and light and peaceful and that is why I picked it. The team at St. Fort's was great, very professional, organized, and sympathetic. They were there every step of the way and made a difficult moment be way easier to handle as they take care of everything. St. Fort's funeral home did an excellent job with my niece's home going celebration. They were professional, kind, and so accommodating. Because of them, the stress that is usually felt during a time of sorrow was relieved. I have special appreciation for Kathleen Barreau who handled the challenge of planning a funeral with family members from different areas of the country seem effortless. Michelle also did a wonderful job with the program and DVD presentation. Both were beautifully produced.
