Services
As a psychotherapist with over 37 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families in all kinds of settings, I am dedicated to helping people overcome their life challenges. In particular, I specialize in trauma and addictions. I support partners and couples who are experiencing betrayal trauma due to infidelity or sex addiction.
Throughout our life, we may have experienced some type of trauma. Trauma can be a life threatening event like an accident or an assault or it can be an experience that feels catastrophic or devastating. We are getting better at understanding how we are impacted by all kinds of traumatic experiences.
We learn most about ourselves through our relationships. Relationships provide a mirror through which we see ourselves, the good, the bad and the ugly. Groups are a "safe haven" where you can explore more about yourself and your patterns in relationships. Whatever challenges you face in your personal life, they will be repeated in the group process at some point.
Workshops help you explore specific concepts to sometimes painful and challenging situations. They present us though, with the perfect environment for transferring knowledge, solving problems and creating new ways of looking at old problems. We consistently measure the impact of our workshops on you, our clients, to ensure that they meet the high standard of goals and objectives that we set for you.

We require 24-hours' notice for a cancellation. You are responsible for payment of the agreed upon fee for any missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
