Services
It is not uncommon for couples to reach a painful impasse at some point in their relationship. These conflicts are confusing, frustrating and upsetting. It is often at this moment of crisis and doubt that the couple reaches out to a therapist to help them navigate back to a more loving, trusting, and mutually satisfying place.

The initial weeks of therapy are a time of assessment. You and your partner are evaluating your therapist and the therapy process.
Everyone associated with Lexington Couples Therapy is a licensed mental health provider and accepts health insurance. However, coverage for psychotherapy varies from plan to plan. Indemnity and Preferred Provider Plans (PPOs) will be accepted by all of our providers. However, if you belong to an HMO you will be limited to a list of providers accepted by your HMO.
