I am thrilled with the beautiful travertine tiles for my patio from SCS! I looked at four other places and lots of tiles, but SCS had the best value and customer service. This is just a fun place to shop- I've never seen such variety before and loved how almost every inch of the store was filled with all kinds of tiles, patterns, decorative borders, the full gamut. Outdoors there's more: all kinds of granite and other stone. I have only one regret: that I didn't discover SCS Tile before my other renovation projects!

Creepy guy who said he was the owner. Talked me into more granite than I needed to do a kitchen. Said if I didn't but it right now someone else wanted it and there is no more to be had. He made me pay before he came over to measure $5,427.00 based on a drawing on a post-it note my husband had showed him. When he arrived he said my kitchen was dated and my kitchen tile should also be replaced (Not planning to do that, its fine). Then, he asked who was going to remove my old countertops, I assumed that was included but it is not! He wrote up some form but never gave me a copy or a card

We had been looking for counter tops and just happened to walk into SCS looking for back-splashes, not knowing they also did counter tops. We were thrilled at their selection and service. Khalid was wonderful to work with, very professional, he addressed all our concerns. Everything work like clockwork, the gentleman, Jesus, came for the template and the install, on time! We are novices, this was our first remodel, our contractor told us to check out SCS tile. Love our tile, it's beautiful, excellent price. There was some confusion around the delivery, I had to make several phone calls and stop in more than once which was frustrating. The owner promised to call me and never did. The guys working in the yard are SUPER helpful and ended up being the ones to make sure our tile got delivered. If you are picking up your own tile, great place. If you need it delivered just know it's going to be a little frustrating. We did end up with too much tile and

As an update, Khalid responded to my review, offering to make it right. However, that's the extent of his follow-through. I've had no further contact from him. Basically, I received an empty promise that matches the empty invoices I received to justify the overcharges at the end of the installation.
To give further information on this installation - every invoice I had to beg for a copy of, was blank except for an amount written to match the credit card charge slip which I also had to beg to receive. So I have no idea what was the justification for the charges as there were never any

I purchase granite and had them install on Dec. 23. They were late with the installation and found out after that they had broke the granite and glued it back together, hoping we would not notice! We found 2 areas broken. One, across the sink area from front to back and another on a corner, which immediately broke off when leaned on.
Khalid promised to replace the granite, but to this day has still not released the slabs to us and has not worked with our contractor to get the job finished. Beware- he will make many promises, but uses the bait and switch method very easily! Do not trust him

I have been to SCS tile three times now. I purchased my tile flooring at Floor and Decor and after coming in to SCS to search for backsplash for my kitchen, i regretted not coming in sooner. Floor that I saw at other high end tile stores at really expensive prices were affordable here. I ended up purchasing tile for my shower and the backsplash in my kitchen. All of the tile I purchased is good quality - better than big box stores. I really appreciate the owner. He is helpful, kind, and worked with me on the prices. I've already told my friends and family about this store.

After shopping around and going to several stores I have realized SCS tile has the best prices for all things tile, and flooring. Khalid has over and over given me the best prices and the best service, just today I called Khalid at 5:30 pm, 30 mins after closing in a panic and he drove back to the store as he was on his way home and sold me grout just so my contractor could stay on schedule. If you ever need tile, Khalid is your guy.
