120-year old floor refinishing in old Bisbee:
We couldn't be happier with the job that Ryan and his team performed in completely transforming the original wood flooring in our 120-year old Bisbee home. When we bought the home, the 1400 square feet or so of wood flooring was in pretty bad shape. It was extremely rough, dark, and discolored, and had many damaged areas and soft spots. In addition, half of the main level had been replaced with the old Bisbee high school basketball flooring, and there was a stark color difference with the other half of the flooring. There aren’t enough words of praise that can be given for the excellence in EVERY regard for the work completed at our home for a major remodel. I hired Definitive Designs to install wood flooring in my newly remodeled home. Ryan and his wife Jenna (the flooring designer) came to my home and showed me various samples to choose from. I decided on a European Oak wood floor, it is gorgeous! Their prices were competitive and their materials are affordable, they definitely don’t sacrifice quality! Ryan and his team installed the wood flooring and I could not be happier with the outcome. The entire process was smooth and seamless and they left my house clean and spotless.
