Amanda has lived in Tucson since she was very young, and has spent her entire professional career working in Southern Arizona. Her favorite job was working as an HR Manager for a fire department. Wanting to use her MBA degree to a greater extent, in 2013 she took a leap and purchased ICA.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable from the second they answer the phone. I hate when I call a place and the person who answers has to go find someone - like a sales rep - because they have no idea how the business functions. With these guys you get knowledge and understanding of what is needed immediately. That they do floors is a given. That they do cement driveways, including the chemicals needed to clean them is a bonus. I recommend them to anyone who needs equipment and chemicals to clean and clear the “unknown enemy growth” that appears on patios and driveways.

Our school district needed germicidal mix to be able to remain open at the beginning of the Covid situation and ICA came through with a recommended concentrate that smells great, works great and she was able to get me 10 cases fast. At the time, the stuff was pretty much liquid gold. The price was cheaper than I was finding elsewhere and the everything was great from start to finish. I am putting in another order today!

Since starting our cleaning business in 1996, we have been buying cleaning supplies and receiving top-notch customer service from ICA. The owner, Amanda, truly cares about pleasing her customers and offering excellent customer service. Lolo, who manages the store, is extremely knowledgeable and eager to please every one who walks in the front (back) door. We have been using the 100SS cleaner since 1996 and customers continue to rave about how it cleans and how it smells. It's like finding something that you didn't even know you needed.
Having an address on speedway does not help when the entrance is in the rear of the building and the sign is small and the traffic is bearing done on you. I overshot and walked back, to the entrance.
When I got in there, I thought how am I going to make heads or tails out of all that inventory. I got Amanda, and she was the guru of chemicals!!!
I was looking for sealers for my tile, cleaning product etc. etc. etc..
Amanda answered all of my questions, showed me what I needed for all of it (sealing and cleaning products

We have been using ICA’s 100SS for well over 15 years and have yet to find anything that would even come close to such the outstanding cleaner it is.
It’s always been good for our business use from our deep cleanings to just a simple rinsing when diluted more.
We have used it on all types of tile and natural stone flooring, showers and countertops.
Always achieving good results and gaining complements from our customers. I also recommend it to all of our customers to use for maintenance after we’re done with our refinishing.

We have a large house with a lot of marble tile. We had a floor refinishing company come out to polish our floors to a beautiful luster and their instructions were to clean them with 100SS exclusively as it leaves no residue and does not build up over time. That was about two years ago, and the floors still look immaculate. 100SS is an amazing cleaner and just a little goes a long way. I didn't realize cleaning could be so easy, until the ladies over at ICA showed me some of their magic and now I won't waste another dime on cleaning products that don't really work.
Living in the desert, hard water scale is my constant battle. I tried every commercial product and home recipe available on the hard water deposits in my sinks, showers, and toilets and nothing ever really worked. I drove by ICA one day and the cute little frog caught my eye, when I saw cleaning supplies I thought I'd just go in and check.

I have been going to ICA for years-- I buy all my regular stone and floor cleaning stuff there. I learned the hard way this Spring that I should always go there first when something new comes up. I cleaned off what I thought was potentially mold from a slate shower with bleach and messed up my tiles. When I went to ICA, they showed me what I should have been using and it cleared up any problems without hurting the stone more. Then, they gave me great referrals to different contractors to fix what I did. When the contractors bid different ways of approaching the job and different amounts, ICA answered
