As one of Portland's best catering companies, we pride ourselves on providing a quality product every time. Your guests will rave about the delicious food, hot and plentiful, with drinks to pair.
Includes hosted beer, wine, mixed drinks, specialty cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. You may provide wine and/or beer and Pearl Catering's licensed bartenders will pour for a corkage fee. Client responsible for jockey box, tap, and keg bucket. Glassware included with all bar packages. All guests are charged for bar package price with the exception of minors (those under 21 years) and pregnant women.

Pearl Catering was a huge factor in making our event a success, and ensuring our day was perfect! They were completely wonderful to work with in the planning process, guiding and advising us along the way. The day of...I could not have asked for a better team. They were professional and gracious and a joy to have there with us. And the food! People keep telling me how wonderful the food was and how they went back for seconds and thirds. We used Pearl Catering for our wedding a few weeks ago and the food was incredible. Their menu is so big, that at first we were a little overwhelmed with all the options. But, Ashley Marxen helped us narrow down a few options and we had a private (COVID-safe) tasting at one of the restaurants they work with in Portland. At that time we immediately confirmed our menu because everything we tried was just perfect. If you're looking for PNW-fare for your wedding, this is it!

We first heard about Pearl Catering after attending our friends’ wedding and could not forget how great their food had been. When it came time to pick a caterer for our wedding a year later, we had to go with our gut, and we were not disappointed! We worked with Noelle from start to finish who was responsive, organized, and professional. She worked great with our other vendors and arranged a private tasting to help us create a menu that our guests absolutely loved. We continue to get comments from friends and family about how great the dinner was at our wedding! I cannot recommend Pearl Catering

We have not had our wedding yet (it is in 30 days!!) but we have been working with Pearl Catering and specifically Ashley M at Pearl and everything has been so wonderful! She has gone above and beyond for us already and has offered so much help and guidance throughout this whole process. We have had to make multiple changes (who hasn't) and during this whole thing and had soooo many questions and she has been super responsive and extremely kind and helpful during all of it. Long story short (TLDR): business owner cares more about political posturing than customer safety and satisfaction.
In order to ensure the safety of the guests at our wedding (during a pandemic!), we required everybody to get vaccinated and tested several times in the days leading up to the event. This is a serious matter: some people did not come because they refused to adhere to our vaccination policy, and some did not come because they tested positive (confirmed by both antigen and PCR tests; they were asymptomatic, so they would not have known otherwise)!

We had the unique opportunity of working with Pearl Catering and Noelle for over 2 years. In that time, Noelle provided impeccable customer service, communication and ongoing support as we navigated multiple postponements and date changes. She was absolutely exceptional and a joy to work with. Additionally, the food and service day-of at our wedding was nothing less than perfection. We received many compliments from our guests about the quality of the food and everything ran incredibly smoothly.

We hired Pearl Catering for our wedding and it was fantastic. Noelle was our point of contact and she was amazing-- super responsive, helpful, and flexible, especially when we changed our venue last minute! The food was delicious and we had several of our guests tell us it was the best food they had ever had at their wedding. Would definitely recommend this catering company!

We used Pearl Catering for our wedding in August 2021, and they were AMAZING! We had a brunch buffet with lots of vegetarian options, and it was absolutely perfect - creamy scrambled eggs with tomatoes, basil, and cream cheese, perfectly crispy bacon and sausage links, delicious French Toast with a champagne sauce and strawberries. Everything was to die for, and we got so many compliments. Everyone working the event could not have been nicer, and they were absolutely on time and had zero issues during the day. We recently had a wedding reception for 250 people where Pearl Catering provided food and beverage services. We worked with Annette Atkinson, and from start to finish could not have had a better experience. Annette was incredible with her communication. She took the time to meet us at the venue for a walkthrough and could not have been more hospitable. The quote and actual investment were right on, and felt the very comfortable with the pricing. We've used Pearl Catering for years now as a preferred caterer at our venue, The Old Schoolhouse. Every single event manager has been positive, timely, upbeat, efficient and reliable. Always been a good experience and their food is delectable. Whatever sauce they put on their salmon is literally the best I've ever tasted. They will always make your event a success!

I had a hard time deciding what to rate this. The way we were treated by a supervisor and the company owner was manipulative, dishonest and unprofessional. My main contact Ashley was amazing, and provided amazing day of service. But when I think back to our wedding this terribly stressful last minute extortion is one my most prevalent memories. I tried to hold off on writing a review thinking maybe my feelings would fade but they haven't and when people ask about our wedding the story always ends with frustration.

My bad for not choosing one of the higher rated caterers on here, but my dog's name is Pearl so I went with it. I can't speak to the food as I've never tasted anything they've made. My $$$$ deposit isn't being returned because I had to cancel due to COVID-19. Doesn't seem reasonable in light of the pandemic which would not allow me to hold a 150 person event even if I wanted to. Bad form and irresponsible business practice during a public health crisis.

We used Pearl for our wedding this summer. They were recommended to us by our venue and they certainly did not disappoint! The food was phenomenal, guests loved it, and the staff was very friendly. Not only did they provide our catering, they also worked directly with our rental company and helped set up the whole night, we couldn't have asked for more, truly.
We worked with Meagan very closely leading up to our wedding, she was so responsive, so kind, so positive, just an absolute ANGEL! She reassured us left and right and helped in ways we didn't knew we needed!!

Pearl Catering is a top notch catering company. Their food is delicious and their service is fantastic. They know how to elevate ordinary food to make it spectacular! Every guest that walked up to us at our wedding said how much they loved the food... especially the steak! Nicole was a delight to work with and checked in with us multiple times during our special day... she made sure I always had a drink in my hands:) Pearl catering's staff assisted with setting up and taking down everything, so we could could focus on enjoying the night. We were very happy with Pearl catering and would hire them again in a second! We're still enjoying our left overs:)

Delicious food! I love good food so it was important to me that my 190 guests enjoyed great food at the wedding. I know it can be hard to mass produce food for a large group but Pearl did. Many people raved to me about how good the food was both during and after the wedding. Meagan was very helpful to work with. The tastings were most useful and flexible. Highly recommend!
