Talking Rock is tucked away, just enough. It's a western respite that celebrates play, discovery and a connection to neighbors and the land. Video and phone consultations allow anyone to experience our community and its unique residential options. We understand that it's not quite the same as seeing the views of Granite Mountain, hearing the natural soundtrack of the community, and experiencing the clear skies and pleasant weather - but it gets you safely close from a distance.

Talking Rock is a place where fireside chats last longer than the flames, where stars are so abundant it's a fool's errand to try and count them, and where you're able to build your legacy in a community that will never experience a scarcity of open space.A Discovery Experience gives you access to it all.

Was looking for a house to purchase. The houses are very nice and love the look. Then I find out you have to join the social club for $21K (i think it is $25K as of July 1) and $400 plus a month for HOA and other fees. What do you get for this? you have a pool for four months a year and a $100 food credit, a Gym that is a joke for the size and equipment. Not golf this is another X amount and higher fees. The I asked the agent why so many lot not built on the agent line was it is very easy to get in and very hard to get out with all the fees.

The restaurant has a dress code - no jeans, although it appears to be not enforced. Service was wonderful - quick, very friendly and responsive. We had a party of 4 and the food was very good but not awesome. Prices were ok for what you get. The tip was based almost entirely on the service.

I had the pleasure of visiting this exquisite golf course/restaurant recently as a guest of a member. After what seemed like days of debating over the prolific menu, I finally settled on the crab cakes as an appetizer and the tenderloin for my entree. The meal was nothing less that perfection, and that wasn't even the best part. Our waitress, who's name I can't recall but was rather tall and from Wyoming - was particularly polite and focused on making our experience exceptionally pleasant. Will refer to friends and family looking for a golf course/amazing experience!

I have been there. The place is very nice. The people I have met there have been very nice.
The houses are way out of my budget but so are a lot of things.
I wouldn't live there just cause the houses are way too close together for my taste.
But if you like having a golf course in the back yard, it's nice.
I'd rather have a grass runway...
