Thank you to the fine people of Carolina Fine Jewelry for helping me today with my engagement ring. I was desperate to get a fix for it. The main stone just kept making the ring fall to either side all of the time, and was driving me crazy. They placed a silicone piece on it and like magic, it now sits where it should. No need to resize it. Not to mention they cleaned both of my rings for free along with not charging me for the silicone piece! I understand it’s not an expensive fix, but that is customer service! Brought my ring here to be resized and for a prong to be smoothed down on the side, as it kept snagging on my clothes. Also brought my husbands gold chain to be repaired. Was told I would get a call back within the week. I ended up having to call to find out it was done about a week and a half later. Picked both up. The prong on my ring was not smoothed down, which I had paid to be done. After looking at the chain, they repaired it with a rose gold clamp and not a yellow gold clamp. I went in with my mom today to sell a diamond ring and the jeweler offered $120 then we went to a different jeweler and he said the ring was worth $1,200. They just want to make big profit on your jewelry.

I personally would never go to a jewelry store that doesn't have a knowledge staff and jeweler on staff. I have never had any issues with them, from purchases to… repairs.
