Dr. Camille Neagu completed her undergraduate work at the University of California Riverside, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences and a Philosophy minor. She received her dental degree from Loma Linda University in 1997, where she graduated among the top of her class.

When my daughter started treatment every was good, we always had Saturday appointments since I work M-F. Then all of a sudden they only opened two Saturdays a month making it very difficult to continue treatment as recommended. There were times when we had to skip a month due to no availability. A very big inconvenience, it seem to me that lately they were purposely dragging to take her braces off. In my opinion. The last day of treatment they gave me zero instructions, I didn't know I had to wait till the end of the day to receive her retainers. Very unprofessional of their part, not informing

The orthodontist was very dismissive of what my main concerns were and definitely said very conflicting things compared to several other orthodontist I saw. She made me feel uncomfortable and hardly looked at my teeth the way other orthodontist did. The others measured my bite and had me bite down on various instruments confirming my teeth have shifted forward significantly. Been in this Orthodontist for 3 years, they’re very caring and treat you with respect. The staff here feel more like friends then people that take care of your braces, they ask about your day and are genuinely sweet people. I always enjoy coming back and talking to staff because i know they care. 10/10 experience. I’m also very pleased with my smile

If you have an appointment at 1pm, expect to wait til 2-2:30pm. It's like the workers forget about you. My partner had an appointment at 1pm and had to go to another appointment by 3pm and they didn't take him until he asked how much longer, which was almost 1:50pm. LOL why even force you to make an appointment time if you can't even honor it. Maybe these people don't know how to tell time. I see other reviews with the same issue. Your clients' time is valuable. Embrace what? Embrace the fact that you will be waiting all day long?

Prices for braces are way too expensive, low down payment of $1000 !!!! I'm a student and need Ortho treatment without going broke !! , patient care should not be rushed. I highly recommend you go find another Ortho office with better staff and dentists.

And got a thousand times better care and the process was simple and dentist was there answering all my questions plus I included vivera Invisalign retainers and had a down payment that fits my budget and monthly payments are affordable for me to fix my teeth and be happy with

Don't come here. There is so much that I have to say but it would basically be repeating what all the other honest, negative reviews are saying and then some. Go elsewhere. I regret bringing my son here and putting him through this service and treatment and dealing with what I dealt with as his mom here. However, I do have to commend Ana and Celine as managers in their professionalism and courtesy. But the orthodontic treatment and some of the front desk service was something else.

I appreciate the doctor so much! The time I went to the office to have some x-rays taken he was very patient and made sure to comfort me since I was feeling a little nervous. He then proceeded to explain to me in details plans about my treatment and how it would work and made me feel at ease! I definitely recommend this orthodontist not only are the staff nice but so is the doctor and that’s very important!

The only downside is that sometimes they take really long to see you, even with an appointment. Because I work from Monday to Friday, I'd have to leave my job for a couple of hours because of how long they would take. Regardless, they always apologized for the delays and made sure to take their time when they saw me. They didn't rush me.
Additionally, the price was not too expensive. I got a discount for paying in full upfront.

I wouldn't use this clinic ever again. At the beginning everything was great and they treated me like a valued customer and after a few weeks I was just a $$number. Initial evaluation was free, but not really because eventually my insurance was charged for it. The owner, Neagu is rude and occasionally disrespectful. I asked the owner "dr neagu" when treatment would be over and she then asked if my balance was paid off.....she answered me with a question! Rude!!! Unethical!!! She should let her staff deal with the finances- that's why she has personnel. I never have

This review has been well thought about for quite a few years now. It has came to the point where their botched job has now affected me now as an adult. Let me start with my background... I am in my twenties now, and was 14 when I got braces with them.
Because of their careless, unprofessional, and uneducated practices, the orthodontist - or should is say botcher - ruined my teeth. They managed to make my teeth straight, with a huge consequence.

Where do I start, the employees here are amazing, and they’re very good on getting to the patients. They remember what you like and what bothers you, even your favorite football team. You get to know them as well and actually bond. I met amazing people here and it saddens me that my treatment is over. 10+++ for sure.

Exactly 4 years having braces on and Embrace Orthodontics made it possible for my teeth to look really nice and straight. Every worker there treats people with respect, truly care about you, etc. I had Dr. B and he’s a really wonderful doctor that really wants your teeth to be straight and perfect so if you ever get him, you are very lucky. It’s very clean there I just like the environment there give good vibes. Most importantly, the manager there, Celine, the most nice most caring person in the world! I love this place. The staff is just awesome!!! Because of my past experience, I brought my son here and I received a warm reception from Michelle and Gabby. Then I spoke with Mirna and Maggie about his treatment. They answered all of my questions and concerns. I was so pleased that I decided to let him start the same day. He had two Xray ladies Marcela and Odalis. They were very friendly and quick.

The front desk always worked with my busy schedule. Celine along with the other managers were more than nice, they were wonderful the whole way.
My doctor always answered all my questions.
I'm very meticulous when it comes to my teeth but my outcome was more than great. I'm so happy with how my teeth look. I'm in love with my smile.

Just got my braces and my experience at Embrace Orthodontics was amazing. Dr.Zamani was really nice and handsome he explained the whole procedure. The Staff was awesome and made me feel very comfortable. My assistant Maricela was very attentive.
I also want to mention that my dad pick me up after the procedure and Ana the front desk manager walk me outside that was really nice of her NOT all offices do that.
