Dr. Martines and his staff work well with both parents and kids. They're put kids at ease and tell parents exactly what they need to know. Dr. Martines quickly responded to our after hours call about a broken retainers and his office is great about working us in for urgent/emergency appointments, and even with scheduling constraints, we never have a problem figuring out a regular appointment time. They're friendly and efficient and conveniently located, highly recommend.

I decided to go to Dr. Martines because two of my coworkers previously went to him for their Invisalign and swore by him. My coworkers were right - Dr. Martines and his team are the best. Dr. Martines is so friendly, informative, and good at his job. He just wants to provide great results, and he delivers. His team is the same -- they are all so kind, patient, and supportive. Also, he is true to his appointment times -- if I have an appointment at 11, I'm in the chair at 11. I just finished my Invisalign treatment and I am extremely happy with the results. Dr. Martines has been our family orthodontist for over seven years with great resulets! He was referred to us by our Pediatric Dentist. He and his office are very friendly, reliable, and affordable. We've never had our appointments rescheduled or cancelled on us and they always manage to fit us in for any emergencies.

I am a patient of Dr. Martinez and Dr. Martinez helped me fix my teeth. I always get compliments on my smile. Dr Martinez made it clear what the Invisalign process entailed and the timeline. He also helped me with my impacted molars. I would recommend his expertise to anyone in need of an orthodontist. His staff are also excellent and friendly and they abide by all covid protocols to the upmost importance. I was very impressed.

I was referred to Dr. Martines by my dentist and I'm so happy that I decided to get my braces with him! From my first consultation meeting with Melina and Dr. Martines to my last appointment getting my braces removed by Gus, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The whole staff is so friendly and warm. I'm so happy with my results, too. I was so nervous about getting braces but everyone in the office made me feel so comfortable. They also made me feel very safe during COVID as well. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful initial consultation with Dr. Martines earlier this week. I was treated kindly, efficiently, and with great professionalism by the Dr. and all his support staff. I have a very good sense of what my options are to correct a lower crossing tooth issue. I think the Dr. was very informative and even handed in his approach to my specific issue. This office is awesome! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable on what they're doing. Gave me all the options possible for a slight adjustment. (They weren't out to get my $$$)
I'm almost one month in with my braces and excited for the rest of the journey with this team. Super easy to get in a appointment, phone calls always get answered. One time I needed wax and the reception lady said they were going on break but left some taped onto the door so I wouldn't have to wait on them. 10/10 office.

My daughter just finished her Middle school years in braces from Dr. Martines. We are delighted with the end results. She not only had gaps between her front teeth that were obvious, she also had malocclusion bite on one side of her mouth. She only chewed her food on one side because the other never touched. Thank you Dr. Martines for giving her a beautiful smile. We highly recommend you to all our friends.

Dr. Martines is a one of a kind Orthodontist. As my mentor towards my journey of becoming an Orthodontist, I can really appreciate his ability to care for patients while also providing efficient Orthodontic mechanics where in the end it'll be a both stable and esthetic result.
In the day and age where often times braces and Invisalign treatment can be rushed and sloppy, having Dr Martines perform in this office is refreshing and really sets the gold standard for all Orthdontists in the area.

Both my children completed their orthodontic treatment with Dr. Martines. He is very personable and knowledgeable! It seems as though every child that attends Larchmont Charter School that needs braces sees Dr. Martines and that right there says a lot! The office is run very well and even though it is busy we never seem to wait. Everyone in the office is very nice, but I have to say my favorite person is Gina! She runs the front desk, always has a smile on her face and is very outgoing! Whenever I call and need to change my child's appointment or have any other issue she is always there

My General dentist Dr. Robert Wendt notice my bite was off and I had some gaping. So he referred me to Dr. Luis Martines. I was always interested in having some Ortho work. I sure am glad Dr. Wendt recommended Dr. Luis Martines.

I was visiting LA recently from another country while having an ortho emergency! My face was swelling immensely and I was in a lot of pain! My hotel had found this office for me. Within 25 minutes I was in his chair and he was cutting my painful wires for me! He was pleased to do it and the swelling went down almost immediately. I am so grateful. Thank you for your kind service. (and to the front desk as well!) A fellow patient overheard my dilemma and stated, "not only did you find a nearby Orthodontist, but you found the best one!" Dr. Luis Martines is not only remarkable at his profession, but also a wonderful human being. He makes everyone feel comfortable. Both of our children went through orthodontic treatment with him and the results were fantastic. Ever since we moved to NY we have missed Dr. Martinez. I wish that we could clone him and his staff. They were all amazing.

Dr. Martines and his staff are extraordinary!! Both my teenage son and I got Invisalign braces. I don't recommend getting this type of brace via a regular dentist. Dr. Martines worked on tweaking the manufacturing of the braces several times because he is an orthodontist. A regular dentist would likely let the computer do all the designing.
The office is bright and friendly with excellent orthodontic technologists. They are understanding and fair in their pricing.

I am long overdue in writing this review but, better late than never. I had Invisalign with the marvelous Dr. Martines a few years ago. I had worn braces as a teenager, so my teeth were actually straight. But my bite was off, causing excruciating pain in my back teeth. I had initially gone to an endodontist, thinking I needed a root canal. He told me that I actually had an inflamed ligament due to an open bite. He recommended orthodontia to correct it.
I did a lot of research to seek out a really great orthodontist when I found Larchmont Village Orthodondics. I didn't want to wear braces
