The hectic lifestyle we live in, makes it easy for us to ignore this responsibility, which could lead our body and spirit to be out of balance. When out of balance, our body's self defense is weaker and we experience more frequent illnesses. My bodywork therapy, which integrates Eastern and Western modalities such as CranioSacral Therapy, Shaitsu Massage and Reiki Healing, can be helpful for a variety of health problems.
Therapy is not directed at curing specific diseases. Instead, I focus on helping the whole body, both physically and mentally. This integrated approach helps fight illness and sources of pain by balancing the underlying cause of a condition. Services
CranioSacral Therapy is a light touch method that corrects imbalances in the CranioSacral system. This physiological system includes the brain, the bones of the skull, face, and mouth (cranium), down the spinal cord to the sacrum (tailbone area). Craniosacral fluid needs to flow smoothly so that it can nourish and balance the central nervous system.
Reiki is a natural healing method that promotes good health, relaxation, and self-improvement. In the Reiki I class, you will learn how to treat yourself and others to reduce stress and achieve balance. You will explore the Chakra system and its role in improving your health and well-being, experience healing with colors, and receive helpful tips for treating common symptoms in adults, children, and pets.
Chair massage events: Pricing for Chair massage events is available upon request, and depends on location and number of participants. House calls: If you are already my client, it is possible to arrange a session at your house. There is an additional charge, which depends on the location. Special events: Pamper your guests during birthday parties and other special occasions with chair massage sessions!
Unfortunately, I met Yael for the first time only when I had a major pain in my neck and shoulders, and needed an immediate relief. After taking care of this problem in a gentle and effective way, I discovered that like car there is a preventative plan, i.e. the best way to get you out of pain in the neck, shoulders, lower back etc., is to service your body on a regular basis.

Yael's hands are pure magic! I went to see her after dealing with severe inflammation on my thumb/wrist due to de quervians tenosynovitis for months, after one session inflammation was gone and I was already feeling much better. Also for the next few nights I slept like a baby. From the second she answered my phone she kept asking me questions about my pain and suggested me things without even making the appointment. She was kind enough to see me on a short notice. She is there to heal and help and you feel it instantly. Just left my second session and feel so relaxed already. Not completely

I just had a session of Craniosacral Therapy with Yael and it was wonderful. I felt so relaxed I didn't want the session to end. After the session I had a lot more flexibility, specially in my neck and my back was not hurting anymore. The rest of the day I had so much energy, it was great. Yale is amazing, I highly recommend her.

Yael is incredibly gifted and I feel very lucky to have found her. She was kind enough to see me on extremely short notice and given the lateness of the hour we got to work immediately. After one massage from Yael, I am suffering from headaches & backaches.
When I went to see Yael, I filled out a form regarding what I wanted from her massage & I specifically requested that she not treat my 1st two vertebrae -C1 &C2 because I had been treated by a specialist who requested that no one else work on those vertebrae. She agreed. When she started to massage near those vertebrae I asked if she was touching them. She must have taken offense to my question because she then pushed VERY hard on C1 & C2 as she announced "This is C1; this is C2.

I went to Yael because I hadn't been able to sleep for 4 nights with shoulder/neck pain. After her work, I was able to sleep and felt a million times better. Additionally, the massage and work she did on my body was extremely professional. She was very attentive to my needs, asked about pressure and had a very good touch. I would absolutely recommend her and plan on seeing her again!

I see Yael for many reasons. It started out with a chronic back pain issue and overall fibromyalgia pain. What was most "revealing and just amazing" is I had an MRI showing a very large cyst on my L4/L5 vertebrae area sitting on the sciatica nerve and was causing incredible sharp pain and making daily tasks a real challenge. She used Reiki and Shiatsu and after several visits she said it was gone. Yes, the pain was gone but did I believe the cyst was really gone? Yael was good enough to see me on very short notice after my lower back decided to go on strike. I found her massage methods (Swedish combined with some other stuff that I didn't follow) extremely effective. I don't have a lot of history with her, but I can testify that the demons of back pain are very much afraid of her!
She also does Shiatsu. Haven't tried that yet.

I have experienced Shiatsu with Yael, and it was a life time experience. Yael has taken the time heard my physical needs, and dove into her wonders. I felt as if I am the most important client, Yael was very much in tune, and her moves were very much in sync. Yael has used other treatment modalities, which she asked permission to do so. Overall, I highly recommend Yael for her professionalism, and amazing hands. She does have hand2heal. Perfect name perfect therapist :)
