We will bring a mobile cart where we cook the food as your guest order and serve the tacos. The beans and rice will be kept warm in chafing dishes which we will set on a decorated table along with the chips, salsas, and condiments where your guests can serve themselves. I found out about Medina's through an online search back in 2015. I used them in August of that year for my daughters first birthday and they were amazing! I used them again this weekend for my other daughters birthday and the food was a hit! Everything was super good, and mind you, I'm super picky about Mexican food. In 2015 I had them for "taqueros" where they served my guests. This time, I got the taco buffet for a small group of 25 guests and everyone loved the food. I will definitely use them again in the very near future. Easy to communicate with, on time for delivery

I would not recommend utilizing Medina Catering - the service is received was very poor and my experience was extremely stressful (which is sad as the food was quite good).

Medina's Catering was a real life saver! I had an important event for 60 people and had to make a last minute catering change due to an unreliable other vendor. Joanna was very patient with me as I melted down about the stress of having to find a new caterer last minute the night before and prepared a quote that was both a large spread and at a great price. We had everything squared away quickly too!

We, too, recently had a terrible experience with Medina's Catering. They arrived 1 1/2 hours late from the scheduled time, with no text or phone call to inform us. This required us to go out and get some food for our hungry guests. The service was inadequate, food was lukewarn (beans actually were cold), and other food items missing (churros). Their lack of communication caused so much anxiety and stress during what was supposed to have been a joyous 1 year birthday celebration. We will never use this catering service again.

One star is way too kind. READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK! About 10 days ago they were booked for an event, a celebration of life with 100+ people. When the time came for them to show up, they ghosted us. After putting down a $1300 deposit, signing a contract and them saying "they're on their way"... nothing, radio silence. So we had to go to a restaurant down the street to get food for the guests after waiting over an hour for ANY communication. We hired Medina's to cater a taco bar at our casual, pre-wedding picnic and couldn't have been happier with their service. My boyfriend and i have contacted medina's multiple
times trying to request a quote for our gender reveal in october and after being patient waiting for a response the last two weeks, we finally got a hold of him, when we gave him the date of our event, medina says "don't call me back, i don't want you" and hangs up on us.
thinking this was a mistake as we have done nothing wrong to upset anyone, we call back to see if what just happened actually occurred and he declines our call.
guess we will be going with dia de los tacos who responded back to our inquiry within

Medina's catering is Awesome! They catered lunch for my office of 45 people. They showed up friendly and professional and boy, did they delivered for us! The food is delicious. To be brutally honest when served catered lunch it usually has a heavy trough vibe to it. Not with Medina's they get it. The food was good and they even brought some decorations. The small details count and they were welcoming. They served us their Taco Bar Guests Buffet Style for 45 people. Medina's catering is the BEST! This is the third time we have had the pleasure of the staff preparing a fabulous meal for us . This time we were in a city park , they arrived at the minute they said they would be there and fed 75 people who were celebrating a high school reunion. The staff is fabulous and the food brought raves from the crowd.

These folks are professional, nice and prepare and serve delicious food. The Medina's team just left our building where we hosted our tenants to a fun lunch of delicious fajitas, enchiladas, rice, beans, churros and more. The food, as usual, was awesome. The team of on-site workers were all smiles, courteous and very pleasant. We've had Medina's 4-times now and they are PERFECT.

We are so happy we hired Medina's Catering.
Everything from their set up, service, presentation and food was wonderful. I requested quotes from multiple caterers and Medina's provided the most value for what they offered. Email correspondences with them was quick and efficient.
Our guests were really impressed with their professionalism and importantly their tacos! We loved that they offered a variety of meat selections and sides. Bonus was their cream filled churros!

Mr. Medina did a wonderful job for me at my Kaiser Wellness Festival that I was in charge of that fed 3,800 people that was free for our employees and their families. I'm very proud and happy to say the turn out of my daughter's baby shower yesterday was a success with the assistance of Medina's Catering . Food was amazing !They were very punctual! They called me prior to confirm my party. I was notified when in route, and they also arrived before schedule , which was great . The set up was very organized and beautiful which matched the theme colors of the baby shower . The servers were very professional and polite . Medina's Catering process was very pleasant. Jesus returned my call request, communicated with his assistant to send me menus, set up food tasting (which was pretty awesome, practically had a nice dinner for two !), finalized details prior to our party, and delivered stellar and professional service at my son's baptism.
Now for the more interesting information.. the food! We ordered a Mexican/American combo. Excellent entrees: steak a la Mexicana, chile verde, chicken marsala, spaghetti w/meatballs. Complimenting sides: green salad, roasted veggies, dinner rolls, chips & salsa.
