Vince Guasch and Debbie Blackwell founded Parsley Sage Rosemary & Thyme over 25 years ago with a mission to bring their passion for sharing great food to others. Since then, they have continued to discover new flavors and evolved culinary technique. For Vince and Debbie, catering and event planning is not a line of work, it's a lifestyle that champions discerning taste, professional service, and lifelong exploration.
Parsley Sage Rosemary & Thyme insists upon a quality of service and cuisine that has raised the industry bar. Our services begin with a handshake and a smile; we delight in understanding your vision and executing each step. We have built an extensive catalogue of menu items inspired from both Western European delicacies and American innovation.
By making memories for over a quarter century, we have formed well-established relationships with venues, flower market purveyors, tapestry and cutlery companies, furniture and lighting offerings, live performance groups, and much more. We also own a variety of furniture and wares, which decreases cost and effort for our clients.
In the art of entertaining, little can rival the aromatic, colorful presentation of Palla. Affection is exchanged as much in spoonfuls as it is in kind words, and this Spanish native has inspired many compliments. This feast strengthens friendships and compels conversation. Paella is stirred in a shallow, 6-foot pan in front of you and your guests and is created from the freshest produce, fish and meat.
Special events with PSRT Food Trucks are completely unique experiences and are guided by the tastes and preferences of each client. We offer innovative cuisine, impeccable service and competitive pricing. PSRT Food Trucks currently owns and operates four trucks with four delicious and customizable menus.

PSRT catered an outdoor wedding for us in July, 2017.
The event was held at Gamble Gardens in Palo Alto.
This being my first ever use of a catering company, I was definitely a nervous, uncertain, high maintenance client. Shannon, Gemma and Debbie were true Pros. With lots of hand-holding they guided me through the process. Gemma was patient, flexible, courteous, empathetic, creative and above all, very knowledgeable. When the estimate came in over budget, she worked with me to make the numbers come in to budget. Debbie

First of all, the staff at Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, & Thyme San Jose (PSRT) sight were a DREAM to work with throughout the entire process ... most especially Paige on-site, and Gemma in sales! They did the utmost possible with the space available, making the space look truly festive and elegant. They were TRUE problem-solvers, and were eager at each and every turn to offer their assistance and oversight. Their timing couldn't have been better.
