Tl;dr: Kathy Barth is hands down the best dentist I've had my entire life.
Let me start by saying that I don't live in the Chicago area anymore, but I came back for a big dental issue because Kathy Barth is THAT GOOD.
My two front teeth had slowly darkened after my last pregnancy, which is one of those fun things that can just happen. My dentist at home told me I'd need to have 2 root canals, bleach the teeth from the inside, then crown them. Not only did that sound fairly traumatic for teeth that weren't doing anything other than being dark, but it was going to be insanely

Our family have been patients of Dr. Barth for 17 years & would not want to go to any other DDS & office! We moved out of state so are looking for another DDS & office - but can never duplicate the service & care that we received at Dr. Barth’s.
She is totally thorough, pays attention to every detail & truly cares about her patients dental & overall health. She teaches & does continuing education to provide the most recent & complete care for her patients.

I've been seeing Dr. Barth since I was very little, and absolutely love her. She treats all of her patients like family and is truly an expert at what she does!
I chipped my front tooth days before a wedding I was attending, and she scheduled an appointment for me right away before office hours. Anybody else would've had me wait until the next available appointment!
I now live in the city and refuse to go to any other dentist because nobody does her job like she does. And her staff is incredible! They always check in on me after an appointment and are genuinely caring people.

So I've been at few different dentists in my life time, this place was recommended to my by my friend, and although it's over an hour drive I thought I'll give it a shot. I had overall check up done, x-rays and cleaning, and for the first time in my life I'm 100% satysfied how well the task was performed and my mouth feels amazingly clean, A++ for Jackie, plus all the people I've met, including Kathleen, the owner. I'm so sold, and happy, I felt comfortable, everything felt professional and clean, definitely a Wow experience for me.
