Dr. Suzy and her team are INCREDIBLE! Every time I am there with my children, I am so blown away by how above and beyond they go. They have puzzles and bubbles and stuffed animals and Dr. Suzy sings ABC's and Wheels on the Bus to my toddler son while she cleans his teeth. My children love to visit Dr. Suzy and I love it, too!

I took my children in for their first dentist checkup. I signed papers to pay up front and was told that my insurance would cover a portion of expenses. Months later, I find out my insurance did not cover dental (which I was misguided on by Grins’ staff) and I am out $$$. I was willing to accept that, but when I question the cost of some line items I was told that “they didn’t make up pricing. And it’s just the cost of living where we live.”
I am a healthcare provider in the area and we go out of our way

Dr. Suzy and Dr. Risa are amazing! My daughter has anxiety when it comes to dental visits due to some major dental needs and both women are so incredibly patient. They are able to connect with children better than our previous pediatric dentist and they know how to make a kid feel at ease. The entire office staff is wonderful as well! I recommend Grins on Greenbay to anyone looking for high quality pediatric dentistry.

Dr Susie has taken such good care of my son, and he is not an easy patient. He has special needs and needs 3-4 people to hold him just for a cleaning. The staff never bats an eye, and are so sweet and patient with him every time. Tonight we had an emergency and Susie calmly told us to come right in, even though I know they were closing. She is so kind and calming and has a gift for even the hardest patients. We feel very lucky to be in her care.

Dr. Suzy and her staff are amazing! I brought both my children ages 9 and 5 back for a teeth cleaning after almost a year and the protocols and care taken to ensure safety and patient comfort were so well thought out and organized. My kids got their teeth cleaned alone while I waited outside in the hall where I was able to watch them and at the end the doctor personally came to give me an update on their dental health. Her staff greeted us with equal care. They are heroes working to keep us all healthy!

I cannot explain how happy we were with our first visit to Dr. Suzy.
Multiple people had recommended Northshore Dentistry for Children so we went there first for our 2.5 year olds first dentist visit. He ended up having some work needed on his baby teeth and I believe Northshore handled it poorly. We switched to Dr. Suzy and she was very responsive to our concerns. She was so great with our little boy and took care of his cavities in one visit! We look forward to seeing Dr. Suzy for all future dental needs!

My daughters have been patients of Dr. Suzy for almost 5 years. We are moving soon and we just had our last visit with her this week. I can sum up our experience by saying that the night before the visiit, both girls kept saying how excited they were to go to the dentistt?! They love Dr. Suzy! My older daughter shared that her friend was asking her how she could like her dentist. I echo the many positive comments by other patients of Dr. Suzy and staff. My girls have enjoyed the calm, caring, and fun atmosphere of Grins and we will miss it so much!

This is by far the best pediatric dental practice I have encountered. Dr Suzy is a delight, so kind and gentle - she makes visits actually enjoyable for kids. She provides advice on brushing and makes it a game for them to achieve their brushing/flossing goals. My husband is also a patient now as they offer a service where adults can also go if their kids are patients. So convenient!

Simply put, Dr. Suzy is a life saver! I took my 18-month old daughter in yesterday after a very bad fall and a very bloody mouth. I called the office to tell them we were coming in and they said Dr. Suzy wasn't expected back for an hour or so but I was welcome to wait in the office and they would do what they could to make her comfortable. We arrived at the office a few minutes later and they informed me they'd messaged Dr. Suzy and she was already on her way back to see us! I was a frazzled mess and they were so kind and patient with both of us.

I usually never write bad reviews but it was quite ridiculous. We had a dental plan but when it lasped and my husband did not reinstate it. However, the woman at the front desk told me. After calling the insurance myself and being frustrated I said it was fine to go ahead with the cleaning. I had no idea that between a cleaning for 2 six year olds who never lost any teeth yet and xrays it came to $700. That's insane to charge people that much for less then an hours work. I think they should've gave me a heads up of the cost. If i would've known, we could've walked out. No wonder

My 3 kids have been going to Dr Suzy since she opened and we have always had a great experience. She’s great with the kids, the environment is definitely kid oriented with decorations & toys and the staff is professional and caring toward the kids too. It’s definitely a great place especially if you kiddos are scared of the dentist!

Grins is the best! They're always on time, professional, clean and friendly. They make it fun for the kids and not at all scary. My kids love going there. They get to watch movies while getting their teeth cleaned. And, they also take adults! So, while my kids are getting their teeth cleaned, playing with their toys or watching a movie, I can get my teeth cleaned too without the hassle of getting a sitter. Amazing place.
