Craig A. Nordal is a California State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser with 30 years of experience, over 14,000 appraisals completed! That is experience! He is the owner and chief appraiser for the firm. Craig founded Nordal & Associates Real Estate Appraisal in 1989, and incorporated as an L.L.C. (Limited Liability Company), a form of a California Corporation in 1996, recently changed to an S Corporation in 2006.

Most appointments are set within the hour we recieve them, and the inspections within 2-5 days currently! We are currently running between 2-4+- business days for most orders! Estimated turn around is 2-5+- business days after the date of inspection.
