First time leaving a negative review but since the home inspector can’t bother responding, might as well warn others with my experience.
Jonathan was recommended by the realtor and a home inspection was done towards the end of September 2021. Jonathan provided the inspection report pointing out many areas with issues and everything seemed fine so we accepted that and got the house. Less than a week later on 10/1/21, we went over with a guy from the gas company for a quick inspection and to turn on the gas. As soon as he got there, he asked me didn’t the gas get turned off due to a leak in

We went with this home inspector on the advice of our realtor, Logan. We purchased our home end of January 2020 and didn't move in until beginning of February. Logan said he never misses anything so we were expecting a thorough service. I could even understand missing something minor, hard to see, etc. I am not a big review writer, but I feel a home purchase is a major decision and you should have a trustworthy person inspect your home. After all, isn't your home the biggest purchase you will probably make? Therefore, I have to put this information out and warn others.

The inspection was made by Jonathon Owens (recommended by a friend), who couldn't have been nicer, more patient and very understandable. He took photos and explained what he was looking for and what he found. I was very curious, but that didn't seem to bother him at all. I would recommend him highly if you are purchasing a home and want it inspected. Mr. Owens was very detailed.
