It was a joy working with Barbra! She listened to us, which is huge because everyone has a unique style and is looking for something different. The listings she pulled were spot on so we didn't waste any time. Additionally, I've never know anyone as responsive as Barbra. Within minutes, she responded to our many emails, calls and texts. Barbra is one of the most of professional, honest, and dedicated agents I have ever worked with (I have moved 17 times in my life). Barbra has been an immense help during what is normally a stressful time. She's able to provide me with listings that are pertinent to my search criteria (budget, neighborhood, etc.), tell me what she thinks will be a fair price, and how much wiggle room we have for negotation. And there's no rush to purchase right away. She works with me until I'm satisfied that I've found the place that I want to call home.
