John has been involved in the real estate industry since 1988. He is the Officer of STC, overseeing all operations and designing its overarching strategy. Under John's leadership, STC expanded rapidly and became the first Asian firm in the country to receive the Accredited Management Organization (AMO) designation.

STC is in a unique position to serve our clients due to the synergy created among our property management, leasing, investment, and marketing teams. When we serve clients on a project, we work as a team to ensure success.
STC's management team consists of highly experienced, knowledgeable, and hardworking professionals. We qualify our property managers with stringent guidelines and credentials. At least one property manager and one assistant property manager are assigned to each project. A Certified Property Manager(CPM) oversees the entire operation and provides continual training to property managers.

I really can't stand the way my wife was treated at this so called holiday parade near the Greenland market plaza. Their event supervisor Jonathan Lau is not helpful at all. He simply told my wife to go elsewhere for one hour after she's been waiting for 30 minutes to get a face makeup for the holiday. Very poor coordination event and not enough of traffic management since kids were just wondering around and traffic was very busy.
