My daughter and her fiance just used "neighborhood home inspector"and i can't for the life of me figure out how they are still in business. I have pictures of a substandard electrical system he passed. Open eletrical boxes....low hanging wires.....apparently this is a common trend after speaking to other people who now have huge remodeling bills to pay.....if an inspector does NOT have insurance to cover problems they missed.....MOVE on to the next one.....very disappointed
