Our reporting is done with Home Gauge, a leading home inspection software. You will get a detailed report with embedded photos, giving a clear and easy to understand description of your home. Larger and/or older homes and condos may have a higher rate, and we will always offer a specific rate before an inspection.
Whether you are emailing or calling, please provide as much information as you can. The size of the home, location and age are very helpful, as well as whether you are looking for an inspection and/or radon and water testing.
