Joe Harris did our home inspection for APEX. He was competent, thorough, and cheerful. He found the source of a blockage in the sewer line and got it to flush out without having to call it out on the report. He told us about standard practices in remediating items he did call out. I would be surprised if he missed anything in his report.

I cannot recommend them enough. Jim was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with all of my new buyer questions. He walked me through several of his checks, explained some things I didn't know about houses, and in general just made the whole experience far less anxiety ridden than I had worried previously. Not only was I able to get a response right away, but they scheduled me in with availability as well. If you're worried about a thorough job with a good inspector, look no further. (Their customer service was amazing too, shoutout to Suzy and Jennifer!)

I was very satisfied with my APEX home inspection experience. The scheduling process was easy and pricing was reasonable. My inspector was Joe Harris, and he was professional and helpful. He both checked all the technical boxes needed for a thorough home inspection, but also took the time to add some personal tips and tricks, and answer all questions we had. The best inspector I've worked with out of 3 home purchases. He was very thorough and communicative. He gave us an amazing booklet explaining common homeowner "how does this work" maintenance, as well as a seasonal checklist to upkeep the home well. In addition, he gave an additional checklist with the written report, and kept the line open for us to call if we had additional questions (this was especially great because my spouse was unable to attend). He was able to answer all of my questions about what needed to be done for each thing he noted, and even offered his own estimates on potential
