I couldn’t be happier with my experience at OrthoAlexander! Not only the results, but the process and staff involved along the way. The offices are always extremely clean and appointments are easy to come by having two locations to choose from. The staff is always happy, welcoming, and willing to help. The doctors are extremely nice and have the experience to partner alongside.

There's just soo much that I can say to recommend seeking treatment with OrthoAlex. I was initially hesitant to even get braces in fear of the costs, but once in the lovely and sweet Jessica informed me that they had Invisalign as an option, and that they us payment options to fit my budget. With everything going on and the prices of gas and good skyrocketing, this was perfect! Both of their offices are well kept, and the environment and people are just amazing!
I have to say that this was life changing. Not only did they fix my teeth, that gave me a smile. And that in turn boosted my confidence

I've been meaning to write this for a while, I had an excellent experience with OrthoAlexander and the awesome staff/family. Needless to say, I was not thrilled about having to get braces again and this time as an adult. But I really felt like it couldn't have been a better experience. I only had to go into the office a handful of times, because I was able to do this awesome virtual check-in every week with Dr. Alexander through an app. It was really easy, and super convenient. To keep it short ... WOW. This place is extremely welcoming, I walked in not knowing what, when, or how I was going to get the things I needed done. They were able to go above and beyond on multiple things accommodating my schedule, answering every question even my silly ones, and making the process smooth.
However, the thing that really sets them apart is how welcoming the staff is, and they actually think ahead for you. I am moving away to FL and no longer able to come here anymore. I did not know to ask for anything but luckily they explained it. I was told it would be smart to get 3D copies

This was my second time going through orthodontic treatment, so I was very picky about my entire treatment the second time around. Dr Drew listened very well to every concern I had. He explained what could, and could not be done for all my requests. I was concerned my teeth would not turn out how I wanted them to look like, but Dr Drew definitely seems like he cared about the results of my teeth.

Ok so best orthodontist father and son practice ever I love each and everyone of these amazing people that work here ...it's so chill Im always excited to go to my appointments Dr Alexander is the sweetest , nicest , coolest ortho ever and his super extra handsome son Dr Drew is a blue eyed angel face he is so nice and always polite and professional ..I felt at ease talking with them, all good vibes always ! Dr Alexander and Dr.Drew father and son team are a dynamic duo he’s oldschool knows his stuff and his son is new school knows all the latest innovative ways to transform your teeth to the greatest smile possible I had my braces on for 1 year and they dialed me in got my straightened out then when the braces came off I had some chips and rough edges because I grind at night so dr drew did some final touches to beautify my grill and it turned out beautiful I couldn’t be more pleased and just grateful it was an art to him they all actually love what they do and take pride in YOUR appearance :

The Drs Alexander and the entire office are so wonderful! I started going about 5 years ago, just to have continued follow ups from my original orthodontist in Tennessee. I have a particularly nasty grinding issue when I am under stress and managed to break two sets of retainers! Dr Alexander just smiled and made me a special tougher pair that I have yet to break.
Three years ago, they started treatment with my eldest son. The poor kid inherited my small jaw and his dad’s overbite. Well the braces came off today and the results are nothing short of spectacular!

I love that this is a family practice and they seemingly treat everyone this way.
They worked to understand my insurance coverage right from the get-go, which I've had MAJOR issues with in the past at other practices.
I have had several different invisilign consultations, but was advised by a friend to go to a specialist vs a general dentist. There was a major difference in process. The analysis was much more in-depth. They looked further

Great orthodontist! Dr Alexander is the best! Very good spot for your family! Dr Alexander is great with teenage kids. The staff here is great and always nice . They truly seem to care about you and most of the time remember you by name from past visits! Dr Alexander put on my braces years ago and now his son Dr Drew Alexander well be putting on my son's if he needs them! Pretty cool that Dr Drew has been able to learn from his father! Our family is so impressed and confident in the work of everyone on the team at OrthoAlexander. Our close friend had his orthodontic work under their care and the experience has been impeccable. I have two boys who have been going to see Dr. Alexander for 5 years. Their braces have been on for a long time because their adult teeth have been slow to emerge.
We have found Dr. Alexander and his staff to be pleasant and friendly most of the time. The office can get crowded but it's clean and well-maintained. One of my sons has a medical condition that requires twice yearly MRI's of his head, in order to avoid artifacts it is imperative that he have no metal in his mouth.
My son's brackets are non-metallic, and Dr. Alexander takes out the bands and wires before the MRI&apos

Wanted to straighten my teeth & fix the gaps, but I didn't want braces. I saw a few orthodontists who told me I'd have braces, but then Dr. Alexander recommended Invisalign & it turned out well! I'm glad my friend Brian referred me to Dr. Alexander, instead of having to deal with braces while being actively involved in sports.

First, I want to preface this with that I have had a lot of dental and orthodontic work in my life . So, I was not an easy "mom" in that I am pretty demanding , expect A1 custody met service , and , most importantly, a true artist and technician of an Orthodontist. I have three kids . Two of them had two sets of braces. Ones bite did not occlude properly initially and was quite a bit or work . The oldest only had one set of braces . Hands down this doctor is fantastic . He is an expert especially correcting bites. Other dentists have looked at my kids (two are now with adult dentists

Dr. Alexander and his staff are great. Both of my children have received orthodontic treatment and our results have been fantastic. Dr. Alexander always explains to me in detail the strategies he is using, and from he appears to be quite up to date in the latest techniques in the industry. I highly recommend this office if you're looking into braces, or Invisalign.

Beyond disappointed and thankful to be a warning alarm for those thinking of using this practice for your orthodontic treatment. I was a patient many many years ago, and now having children of my own going through braces, I realize the lack of attention I received as a patient by Dr. Alexander. I can not get back the 4 teeth I was told to extract, and the initial "gap in my front teeth" was only made further pronounced by now the spaces in areas I did not have before. Once my braces were removed the gaps were obvious within months; I was given a mouth guard not a retainer as should

Dr. Alexander is wonderful. All 3 of my kids are under his care. We liked him so much that we followed him when he switched office locations. The other day my son had an orthodontic emergency on a weekend and he came in on a Sunday to fix the problem. He is very dedicated to the care of his patients!

I would recommend Dr. Alexander to anyone who asks! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr. Alexander is a perfectionist and will make sure you leave with the best smile possible. My teeth would not be as beautiful as they are today if I had gone to anyone else and the years of braces and retainers have been totally worth it!
