Customer service is great! RPT does not try to over sell you or sell you something that you don’t need. Many auto repair businesses make you schedule an appointment for sometime next week when you need your vehicle NOW!
RPT usually gets me and my family in and out the same day when I actually need my truck.

I've taken my vehicle to Riley Park tire for years. Used to be family owned and now it's corporate owned and it seems to be the same great service that is always been. The people there have always treated me very well and they've always listened to anything that I had to say. The service has been just fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone.

Love the folks who work at Riley Park Tire. Even after were bought by Best One, the longtime workers were kept, and their experience and understanding of why customers like them has been maintained. I trust the work they do. And good people.

I went in there to get a tire balanced bc it felt like my car was wobbling super hard, so they balanced it AND then spotted the real problem. another tire of mine had hills and valleys all over the tread, ALL the way around it and was clearly about to blow at any moment. So glad they noticed that and showed me. Luckily for me they even found a used tire of that size for me and were able to put in on immediately. Not only did they do that, then he also put the bent wheel (yeah the one that needed balanced ended up having a bent wheel/rim) but since he noticed that, he rotated that one to the back

Never an issue with Riley Park Tire. If there is they make it right. Have been going there for years. Great to still have a local shop taking care of folks. Jason Clark is the man to see. Appreciate his service and willingness to help out when he can.

I went there for wheel balance and somehow they didn't do it right the first time and my car continued to vibrate at highway speeds. So I had to go in again. They took care of my vehicle and made it right for me by doing a wheel balance. The manager was very nice to accommodate my request to drive me to work and give a ride back as well. Helpful team out there!

Staff was very slow, not in any rush to get my car fixed. Took them a long time to put wheels on and did not even put them on correctly. Then let me drive off the lot with a destroyed rim. Had to purchase a rim myself and bring it back in just for the employees to be very rude to other customers and myself. Not pleased at all. Will not be back.

Needed my winter snow tires dismounted and summer tires/wheels mounted- had already tried two other places in my little town and they didnt have any appropriate skilled staff on duty. Even though Riley was swamped busy at least they have a productive working crew. They were up front honest that it could be 2-3 hrs so I left it there and used their customer shuttle service to get back home. Turns out there was a problem with my ten ye old custom lugnuts and they had to order in nrw ones. They got them in and finished the kobnup asap! So moral of the story- You're best to take your vehicle to

If I could give more stars I would. I was on my way to Ohio for a medical appointment and picked up a bolt in my tire, and this was the closest place for a repair. We end up being put on a wait because they were very busy. The great thing though is they transported us to a restaurant for breakfast. When we got our vehicle back they had to actually fix 2 tires. We thought this would cost us an arm and a leg but it was very reasonable. I hope you never have tore issues but if you do and you're in Greenfield make sure to use this place.

This place continues to disappoint. Quoted me $286 for my front brakes. They called back and said it would be closer to $400 and wanted me to do the back brakes as well which would have raised the price to around $700. I said no to the back and reluctantly agreed to the front. I go to pick up my vehicle and the price had then been raised to almost $500. Won't be going back.

Went to the shop and had them check out my breaks. The quoted me at $900. Took my car to Simmons Automotive and they let me know that everything Riley park tire said needed to be fixed was completely fine and there was absolutely no reason to fix. They then quoted me at $350 and my car is running amazingly. Riley park tire ran up the price. Go to Simmons Automotive in greenfield.

I have purchased tires here over the years for mostly sports cars, the low profile, high speed rated, extra wide types of tires, and they usually always have them in stock, whereas some other places need to order them.

They have been in business in this location for at least 50 years, and many local farmers use them to change out tires on their farm tractors. They also handle semi tires, and all types of other tires. They even have a couple racks of used tires you can buy for a low cost of maybe $15 to 25 on average in case you have a flat and are low of funds to fix it with a new tire.

This place is disgraceful! They took full advantage of an elderly woman! My 88 year old mother needed brakes. She was charged over $700! They should be wearing masks and carrying a gun! This is robbery. There is no way, she needed all they scammed out of her. Well they won't see her again, everyone in the family, has stressed how taken advantage she was. Because she is of sound mind, she always tries to handle her own issues. But people like RILEY Tire of Greenfield, IN take advantage of women( after reading other reviews) and evidently would rob their own mothers. SHAME ON YOU, TSK

Took a wheel and tire in to have the tire remounted and balanced. When they dismounted my tire they said that it was bad. I went ahead and had them order a new tire and left the wheel there until the new tire arrived. It arrived and they mounted and balanced the new tire on my rim. They called me and said it was ready to be picked up. I went in and paid for it and then they brought the wheel and tire out to my car. The rim was covered in mud! I informed they guy about how filthy it is and how unacceptable it is for them to return it to me in such condition. He apologized and offered to clean it
