Consider professional cleaning every 12-18 months, depending on traffic and other use factors, frequency of vacuuming and whether the carpet is a light or dark color. To remove a dent caused by heavy furniture, stroke carpet with the edges of a coin. You can also use a hair dryer or a steam iron to gently raise the dented area while you tug upward on the tufts.

Been purchasing carpet from Sam's for both my home and my rental for years. Just installed new carpet this weekend for my master Bedroom and it looks amazing! Great quality and they an excellent job in the install! The installer recommended pulling out the closet door rails so that carpet goes under in case I ever remove them, I appreciate the suggestion because I didn't think of this for the future. Because of this I now have the option of using one closet to put my dresser and tv by just removing the rails/doors.

We worked with Sam's because they offered a very similar flooring product to another store at a great price due to wanting to get rid of too much inventory. After finding their rates (Mohawk carpet and waterproof laminate, install) to be very competitive, we went with them for our entire flooring project.
They were really patient with us as we figured out our schedule and had to reschedule them a couple of times. Sam is meticulous and came out himself to do the measurements. He's a very busy man though, so it was a little hard to get him to respond to all of our questions.

Not even a year has gone by after the new carpet was installed and its already loose and needed retightening. They sent 1 person w his wife worked on the carpet in the hallway but didnt do the adjacent room. Few days later the loose carpet on the adjacent room showed. Now the carpet in the stairs needs retightening. The carpet installer is not a pro. They are cheap but u get whay you pay. I 'LL NEVER GO TO THE STORE AGAIN. DONT WASTE UR MONEY HERE

5 stars on price & delivering ahead of schedule! Keep in mind I had my own installer and just purchased my carpet & pad at Sam's. Don't walk in here expecting top notch customer service but if you have an idea of what you're looking for- they can guide you in the right direction and their prices are great as I compared to other big box carpet providers in the South Bay.

Sam's removed old carpet and installed new carpet for me in three bedrooms. I got what he claimed to be the best padding. I wasn't home at the time of installation, and as I was told neither was he. When I walked through afterwards there were stains on the carpet in two of the rooms, and later when I walked on the carpet barefoot I noticed I could feel lumps through the carpet.

Furnished my house here. Very reasonable prices on the furniture. The selection is vast. Sam did a custom cabinet for me for a _very_ good price.
Sam also installed tiles in the kitchen and the floors in the house. The crew that did the flooring/tiles were very prompt, courteous and professional. Their work was really good.
