They were late in getting back to me after looking at the remodel job I was considering. I had to call them 2 weeks later. Then their estimate was twice as much as their original estimate! He would not give me a breakdown of costs (could of sent me the breakdown via email). I was left with the feeling that they weren't interested in the job.
Update: owner is wrong. Just didn't like my review. He is correct in that I am not a customer. Could have been though with better service.

We’ve used Edwards Plumbing for two jobs (a kitchen faucet repair and shutoff valves installed in a bathroom sink). They’re one of the most responsive contractors/service companies available. They get back to us within a day and schedule quickly. They’re very friendly and offer us advice on our home improvement projects. We will continue to contact them for our plumbing needs.
