On 8/24/2017, I took my 2004 Dodge 1500 P/U to Bill's for service on the transfer case & brakes; 42,492 Miles; invoice: 11394. Billing: $1,498.98. They claimed to have replaced the pads & rotors, & etc. Last week I noticed a rotating metal to metal sound coming from the Left front side. 8/26/2021 I took it to Whiteside Auto Sales in Mt Sterling, OH for service; mileage: 48,664 mile, 6,172 miles later. Whiteside's technician found the Left Hub bearing completely worn out and was not safe to drive. He also found the left & right front calipers were seized. The rotors had all of the outward appearance

I was very happy with the service at Bill's. They got me in when other places were too busy. They were very professional, and had good communication, which is something I've had trouble with at other mechanics. The price seemed reasonable and my car is working again. I've only gone to them this one time, but I think I'll go to them again next time.

I love their overall diagnostics that lets you know what's going on with your car *especially* that you can see the pictures about it, and they came up with a custom repair plan with me and were pleasant to work with. I'm definitely recommending them and going back.

They shuttled me back home. Nicest people eager to help and finished the job on time. Went with me for a test ride to evaluate a problem and gave me a coupon for the evaluation which saved me money. The total price was actually a $100 less than quoted. Bill, the owner, came out and thanked me for my business! I took my other car too.

I can't say enough about this company! They make me fell at home every time I go there, the are very professional and very friendly, and very honest with what they can and can't do. They are all ways on time with there time of service and it is done right and let's don't forget the put a warranty on there work(Who does that) Bill on Broadway way dose!!! I am working out of town and broke down. Which is scary because my vehicle is my lifeline. We all know how the stereo type works with mechanics.
These guys were alright. I don't exactly agree with the diagnostic fee. Only because seasoned veteran techs know cars and it doesn't take that much to look at a car and say, here's your problem! Sometimes it does take a lot of testing and that's when they should charge diagnosis. Not when a 20 year tech says "this make and model is known for this problem."
That being said, they were great. A little pricey but cheap price isn't value for your dollar.
